Phat Fighters Q1

Oops, looks like I forgot to weigh myself the other week.
01/01 - 104.4kg
06/01 - 101.7kg
13/01 - 100.3kg
20/01 - 99.9kg
26/01 - 98.4kg
03/02 - 97.3kg
10/02 - 96.9kg
24/02 - 95.9kg
Within sight of the goal now. Half marathon training seems to be helping, ran 17km on Sat and currently clocking around 30km/week. My pace seems to be getting better as the weight falls off as well which is nice.
We're now off to Centre Parcs the first week of the Easter hols with the extended in-laws. So, a concerted effort is needed for the next four weeks (if only so I don't look fatter than the brother-in-law, who's doing annoyingly well in his quest to lose the lard )
Need to keep the booze in check, as that's crept quickly back in after a dry-ish Jan, although 71 days free of the fags now.

Toby, yes I agree, a big lunch and skipping dinner is not really the way forward. I'm just trying to make the best of a tricky situation.
I'm on a small remote site, so I can only eat at three set times really, breakfast is reasonable, usually some form of eggs and some bread. Lunch not too bad as I'm not too hungry.
Workng late in th evening until the canteen closes means there is no way I can even get food if i wanted to, worked for two days so far...

Now the tough stuff starts

Are you sure? I mean, is that possible without willfully trying?
Prior to christmas I was keeping daily record of my weight, as I was doing Phat Fighters Q4, so I had a very good handle on my weight. Gave myself a break over christmas, but never got back to Phat Fighting. Lots of booze, lots of empty calories (sweets/chocs/nuts/crisps etc).
My clothes are feeling much tighter, and i believe the scales. 2 stone heavier. So yeah, I do think its possible. Not even trying as such.

Disrupted week, so pleasantly surprised, though I did a long run on Sunday and may still be dehydrated. Ho hum. Anyway, 71.9 kg looks on for the end of the month.

Plateaued this week at 96.5kg but the diet took a hit towards the end of the week. I'm blaming the cold!
Thinking of starting with the C25K as the cycling i have been doing in the gym is starting to be a bit repetitive and I'm losing the will to do my full routine each time, I think I need to switch it up.
