Put me down then.

Weight at the start of the year was 83.0kg.

Target is 70.0kg.

I lost a load 3.5 years ago (86kg to 69kg), but over that time it's slowly gone back on. And especially over the last 6 months.

Just took a full toss to my left foot. Sat with frozen roast potatoes on it at the moment. Such a knob. Should learn to bit the ball.

Newcomers still accepted? I've added myself to the Wiki.....

Started on 03/01 at 81.6Kg with an aim getting to around 76Kg, currently 79.6Kg.
However, not overly hung up on the scales weight and am tracking measurements and pictures also.

About Me: Sedentary job, active exercise regime (Functional Fitness/CrossFit 5/6 times a week).
Aims: Undo November/Decembers over eating and bad habits, drink more water, focus on NEAT and steps, improve relationship with food and become accountable again, whilst maintaining the exercise (which I enjoy and value it for both physical and mental health).

I've done this before and know I can do it again. The wife is due to have twins within the next 4/5 weeks and will aim to remain on track during that too, but I could be deluded there as going the gym 6 times a week when we have newborns will be frowned upon!
Of course smile

added to the list sir.

Today is my first day in almost two weeks where I'm having something dirty. That being a big M.

I am confident given my exercise input and calorie deficit I should be sub 100kg tomorrow.

I've also joined a gym in addition to my home gym, cricket and the three huskies i walk daily.

I should be half the size!

Waiting for smokey to come give me some joe.

All under control Captain.

I had to go and pick up a chest of drawers.

Right, so for the avoidance of doubt, no more "I accidentally ate a whole packet of digestives". If you can't at least think of a credible alternative snack with you morning coffee that is not fattening, what are you even doing here? Two weeks in, and there should AT WORST be flat line weight loss. No more weight gaining lardies. If you're unable to exercise because of injury or coma, then eat less. It's not difficult to understand, just a bit trickier to do.

Remember gents to work yourself at s similar time of day. Your weight will fluctuate with water gain.

I'm not sure I believe my scales. Apparently I've only lost 0.2kg this week, yet my body fat percentage is currently 50.2% up from 36.8%. But my BMI is 33.2%?

And my my wife has put on weight, despite boxing training three times a week and eating like a bird.

I'll take the drop, but I know it's wrong.
I'm with you on that, but put your scales in the same place and use the same ones and in theory it will record up or down correctly. Changing scales could have differences.

Well done. I'm still ahead wink

99.3kg today

keep in mind chaps that you may not lose weight in the same proportions each week. Water weight is such a big variance. Look at boxers getting in that sauna for a couple hours pre weigh in etc.

Small and steady,

Hopefully not too late to join? Spent two weeks on holiday mid Jan eating and drinking like a train so ready to lose a few pounds

Current weight - 95kg
Target - no idea, but my excess weight sits on my gut and moobs, as long as those start looking better in the mirror I’ll be happy

Started yesterday with 1600 calories based on myfitnesspal, need to get into an exercise routine too but not really sure where to start with that
