Still training and progressing well though, as are you!
Same here, not on PH as much as I used to, but certainly nice to hear from you

Great numbers there fella!
Cheers! It's nice to get back into the swing of things once again!

Today - Roughly the same as the other days, with just a little more weight and less reps for some, and vice versa for others..

Lunch time swim which was nice, water finally getting colder, then 60km on the bike, finished off with two sets of 25 on the pull up bar.

Did my quickest commute this morning on the bike. 16 miles in just over 57 minutes through central London. I'm getting quicker.

Quick chest workout when home this evening consisting of Ring press ups, uneven press ups, some single armed pressing and some triceps extensions that took roughly 20 minutes.

Quick 20 minute back session in the garden before work this morning. Rows, rows, and more rows. Finished with a couple of sets of curls.

16 mile ride home tonight. 1hr 5 min. Started with a puncture and wasn't feeling it. Traffic was also horrendous as was the weather.

Today, very windy swim in the bay, gusts up to 50mph which made things a bit tricky, then 80km on Zwift, finished off with 45 pull ups on the bar, tomorrow is the gym.

Legs Monday night, mostly forgotten what I did now!

Squats were decent though, up to 130kg for 5 reps.

Really neglected doing legs for a while so be nice to get some strength in them again.

Cheers, generally I don't go that far, I prefer the short sharp races, but Zwift is great when the weather is crap.

16 mile commute on the bike yesterday in the worst rain I have ever been out in. It Was more of a test of character than a test of fitness. I couldn't see for most of it. 1hr 3 min.

Today was a leg and shoulder circuit. Some light squats and dealifts with some kettlebell presses. Looking forward to some beer at the weekend.

Hoping you get back tomorrow for a light workout, been floored with a sickness bug all week, off work again which I hate! Had been making decent progress, we'll see where that lands...

Yesterday, 60km on the bike, then 30 pull-ups in one go which is a PR, swim in the bay earlier.

Today, really solid push session at the gym, lots of energy, then 55km on the bike, lovely sea swim done at lunch

The protein powder I have been buying was $40 (4lbs) earlier this year, went to $44 and is now $55.

Ridiculous.

Mine is 35 quid for 2.5kg with MyProtein discount. Been quite consistent with it for once and seems to make a difference

How the hell are you getting 2.5kg of (I assume) whey protein from MP for 35 quid?

Even with their discount codes, I haven't seen a 35 quid 2.5kg bag from MP in what feels like almost a year.

Got to be veggie protein? I gave up buying protein powder when it went up to £57 for a 2.5kg bag from MP. Sod that for a bag of dust!

Yesterday, hour and a half on the road bike, lovely to be out in the fresh air even if it was blowing a gale, a few hills, 32kph avg, then a strong back session at the gym, finished off with lunges and tyre work, also did a very late evening swim due to having to wait for the huge tide and wind to calm down.

Today, 60km on Zwift then back in the water for 20 minutes.

Pea protein man. I can't take whey. One of the only protein powders I've bought that tastes good.

Today, 60km on Zwift, threw in some huge 6 minute efforts which fkin hurt like fk, then a very cold swim in the bay, 60 pull ups to get the blood flowing again.
