Got a Century Wavemaster 2XL Pro punch bag second hand off ebay. stupidly heavy base when filled - took two to lift it into car.

Legs. Again.
Why do i look like one of those bloody "chest and bis" nob-ends with arms 2" bigger than my calves when i havent done any direct arm work for more than 2 years, and i train legs 2, 3 or even 4 times a week??!!!?! and 80% of my training is compounds - deadlifts, squats, overhead press etc

I think it's because you try to maintain such low body fat all the time. Been there, done that, got bigger, got fat, then lost fat and looked the same as when i started!Am actually going to have my test levels checked as my last proper bulk i put on 11lbs in 3-and-a-bit months, of which 10.5lbs was fat..... so basically a 95/5 bulking fat/muscle ratio.

Protien is 1g/pound lean mass so 150g, was bulking on about 3500 cals which is about 1000 over calculated tdee, I adjusted it up a couple of times as I wasnt gaining weight on 3000I seem to be able to grow the top half of me just by passing within half a mile if the gym, but my legs dont play nice
Beginning of a cold (including nosebleeds), slight tweek of hamstring (moving a couch) and dehydrated. So decided that was enough reason not to do the planned deadlifts today. But not too bad a session nonetheless.
Bench: 6 x 140kg, 4 x 150kg, 9 x 130kg, 19 x 100kg
Bent over rows: 15 x 140kg, 8 x 160kg
Dumbbells shoulder press: 7 x 42.5kg, 10 x 37.5kg
Pull-ups: 10 x bodyweight
Kettlebell swings: 75 seconds x 48kg (seriously unpleasant in the heat)
Not a bad session but must have lost a kilo in sweat!
Friday
Session 2 Week 9 - Day 3 - last night
Benchpress 3 x 5 - 85kg, 97.5kg, 110kg
Military Press 5 x 10, 10, 7, 6, 5 - 42.5kg
Bentover Rows 5 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 7 - 77.5kg
Cable Curl 3 x 10, 10, 8 - 62.5kg
Tricep Rope Pulldown 3 x 10, 5, 3 - 35 - not sure why I'm struggling, so going to drop the weight back to 30kg for the rest of the month.
Face pulls 3 x 10 - 72.5
Saturday morning
6.2 mile treadmill run - 51 minutes - thought it was going to be much hotter so did a nice treadmill run at the gym rather than usual road run.
Saturday afternoon
Squats 3 x 5 - 62.5kg, 72.5kg, 80kg
Dead lifts 5 x 10, 10, 9, 6, 4 - 150kg
Roman chair high leg raises 5 x 10, 10, 10, 8, 4

Have you tried boosting your protein a bit more, 200g+?I seem to be able to grow the top half of me just by passing within half a mile if the gym, but my legs dont play nice
