Recently bought some of these and I have to say my initial feedback is.... wow!!! The ache and muscle fatigue i experience is something completely different to conventional lifting.

I am doing a 5/6 x a week 3 x 10 fully body W/O:
- Curl (bis)
- Tri extension (tris)
- Crossover (chest)
- Lateral raises (shoulders)
- Flyes (upper back)
- Good mornings (lower back)
- Squats (quads etc etc)
- Sit ups (abs)

This is with a 15kg resistance band and at the moment it seems to be quite good, my question is about increasing the load, obviously adding more resistance would be difficult without buying a new band every time my W/O gets too easy.

So..... if I increase reps/ sets will this have the desired effect?

It is worth noting my goal is to cut, I am currently at 83kg and want to drop down to around 75kg (or thereabouts).

I am intending to add sandbag training into the week as well.... when I get round to making my sandbag!

Thoughts....???

For cutting, I think it could be a useful tool especially if you do something like squats for 20 minutes HIIT style.

The burn I feel is incredible..... HR is through the roof, I do the 3x10 W/O HIIT style, takes me around 30-35 mins from start to finish with minimal breaks between.

ETA: what do you think about the load increase issue though? Would increasing reps/ sets be sufficient?

10x10 would mean you don't need a heavy weight unless I'm missing something.

I have a set of resistance bands (which I use at home or on the tennis court to warm up my shoulders and wrists) and combined with a set of skipping ropes, it's a great combo for a home workout and can take it anywhere.
