teeth ache/feel irritable
Discussion
Quite often, not sure if stress related, but it feel like nearly all my teeth are aching almost like a pressure... Like they're pressing on each other.
Any ideas on what it could be? It's annoying and makes me irritable as well. Seems to be more towards the back and top but I feel it over most of my mouth.

clicky jaw joints - sometimes painful when opening
headaches in the morning
tender facial muscles including at the temples
a scalloped appearance to the edges of your tongue
repeated fractured teeth/fillings
the edges of your incisors can look like a mouse has been nibbling at them
this list is not exhaustive

I thought it was a sinus issue and still think it is. Doc gave me a nasal spray as often get pressure feeling in ears and stuffy nose. Not sure this spray is the answer.
What are other signs of teeth grinding?
If it's quite deep in the sinuses (like mine used to be) then the spray will do fk all I'm afraid. The only thing I ever found that worked was Sinutab but that would only really be effective for 3 days or so, any more than that and it would start giving me rebound congestion. In the end I had to have a operation which gave me a pretty hellish month of grossness but I've had negligible sinus pain since (just over a year now) which from what was near-enough daily discomfort/pain is what I call a result! What are other signs of teeth grinding?
