Most grams of protein per pound?

Hi guys,

My SCI-MX protein stuff has run out, and I'm after the cheapest way of getting protein in my diet.

Currently I'm eating cans of tuna, as they're good value at 4x cans for £350, with almost 40g of protein per can.

Will this be any good?

I don't do massive amounts of weights, probably about 1 hour 3 times a week, so really don't need to go all out on the fancy / expensive ones.
