Help, incoming lurgy- Products to fend off?

Folks,

A number of my colleagues have a cold/sore throat/general lurgy. I can feel it starting to come on in my throat.

I really, really can't be ill this week. It's genuinely quite an important week at work.

What can one take to ward off this pox?

Good stuff, just got some of the Vicks First Defence and will try the old favourite of honey and lemon drink too.

It's very much needed, I'm now 3 days and about 36hrs into a 7-day week of shifts. Reckon the rest will be longer and more stressful so the £7.50 on drugs might be a good investment.

No nutmeg in the house sadly!

Huge mug of honey and hot orange juice next to me. Oh, and a healthy splash of Jamesons. In bed chilling ready for the next dose of mayhem from 0800 tomorrow.

Well, 7 days and 87hrs at work down and the First Defence worked a treat... Think my weekend of relaxing has finally cut me down though!
