Need urgent advice about a cold

This morning I woke up with the worst cold I have had in years.

I look rough, and sound even worse.

Normally it wouldn't bother me, and I would let it run it's course.

But today I have a job interview at midday, and I would like to look and sound quite a bit better than I am.

Any advice would be greatfully welcome, as this job is important to me.

Finally, if you were a company owner, how would you feel about an interviewee turning up with a raging cold?
