How many ailments

I seem to have far too many things wrong with me. I'm 50 this year and although non of them are a great inconvenience, it's just starting to get to me.
Currently:
Had a heart attack in 2009, so now panic every time my chest hurts and am convinced that I'll drop dead any minute.
Had a Basal Cell Carcinoma removed from my nose in 2008 but now have 2 much larger ones on my forehead, awaiting op to remove them and probably disfigure me.
According to the doctor I have IBS.
My back goes suddenly from time to time.
I have been suffering for a while with some kind of RSI injury to my right forearm, wrist and fingers which makes it very difficult and painful to do my job.
My near sight is getting worse and worse.
Weirdly most people think I'm nearer 40 than 50 but some mornings I feel 90.

It's just that I have never been a sun bunny and have always been reasonably fit so having a heart attack and skin cancer is pretty annoying. My ex-wife fries in the sun all day, drinks like it's going out of fashion every single day yet has the constitution of an ox and the hide as well
