Previously used all in one shakes but this looked like a good deal so thought I'd try it out. Now I have a box of stuff and I'm not sure what to do with it all. Can anyone help with breaking down how best to use it ie what times to take supplements / purpose of other stuff?

List below

2.5kg, Chocolate Smooth
A rich source of whey protein concentrate that aids muscle repair and recovery

- So, following a workout as normal then?

Instant Oats
5kg, unflavoured
A fantastic source of low Glycaemic Index (GI) carbohydrates ideal for fuelling your exercise routine

- breakfast?

Creatine Monohydrate
500g
Designed to promote gains in size, power and strength by favourably replenishing your body’s ATP stores

- no idea when to take this. I've had this before in all-in-ones as im a veggie

Daily Vitamins
60 tablets
Comprehensive multi-vitamin designed to increase overall well-being and prevent vitamin deficiency in your diet

Omega 3
90 capsules
Contains a blend of healthy fats derived from fish and plant oils which help brain, immune and cardiovascular functions

Zinc and Magnesium
90 capsules
A combination of 2 dietary minerals needed to support optimal muscular function and boost growth compounds
- morning stuff?

Taurine
250g
An amino acid that acts as a cell volumiser that can draw nutrients into the muscle which can aid recovery and growth

Thermopure®
90 capsules
A potent thermogenic blend which promotes fat loss and an increase in energy and vitality

- no idea about these two?

I'm not overweight, fit and active. It's mostly about weight control and functional strength for me. Lean gains and all that.

Heh you madman, you've bought a load of stuff and you don't know what its for!

What does your training look like on a weekly basis?
Well, it was the same price as without it all so smile

I do know what it all is (albeit not sure about the potential side effects of taurine).

Training wise a typical week might look like
14 miles a day bike (commuting) - call it aerobic levels. unless I feel like destroying a strava segment tongue out

2 Strength and conditioning sessions - typical body weight exercises, a few dumbbell exercises thrown in.
3 aerobic workouts - either steady state runs or walking with up to 30kg on.
1 mountain biking ride - tend to treat this as a long intervals session. say about 2 1/2 hours
Weekends.. either TA training at the moment which involves being constantly on the go all day and at least 2 specific phys sessions within that.
