Anyone got any tips for dealing with runner's face? I don't actually run but I cycle. A lot...
I've dropped almost three stone from my peak and I'm at about my ideal weight, 13 stone and six foot tall. Six pack is all but back however my face is looking pretty gaunt.
I've been having circa 1600 calories net which can mean eating up to 4000 in a day when I do a big ride.
I'll be going up to 2000 net calories when I hit 12 stone 13 but it would be good to put a bit of fat back on my face
