I'm going to take up skipping.
Discussion
I have to face facts - despite best intentions I never, ever do any exercise. And, I cant be bothered. So with that in mind I've decided that skipping is probably the least-amount-of-time activity that will keep me healthy. Ie a few minutes skipping is scientifically proven to equal half hour jogging or whatever. Probably.
Anyway I shall start with 1 min skipping per day and go up from there, as I recall skipping is incredibly knackering. I'm 5'8 and 71kgs & not fat, (in ideal world I'd be around 65kgs I think) but just aware of my health. I will update this thread periodically.
I will start tomorrow - I think my daughters got a disney princess skipping rope somewhere...
