I fancy all three points. West Brom ship goals and we've got an in-form striker and pretty useful partner in Obinna and Keane.

This better be worth the journey! COYI!

I was there. In my eyes I saw yet another jekyll and hyde.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how we are so inconsistent. Coming back to draw was great but it hardly keeps us up. Yet again I fear having to go and play Milwall next season.

On the plus side, Ba looks like a solid purchase. He definitely has an eye for goal.

Can we not draw a line under the Olympic Stadium saga? Or can you Spuds just discuss it in your thread? What's done is done and that's that. Time to move on and (in our case) concentrate on staying up this season.

Nigel Quashie (Quazy?) has to be in there, surely? And Gary Breen!

There's also that kid from Germany that Zola signing for big money who was hopeless (so much so I can't remember his name!)
Savio! Every time he came on he looked like a startled rabbit.
That's the one, forgotten him already & it was only a year ago. You could see him shaking from UP tube station.
Didn't we drop some serious change buying him? Definite contender! Obviously the perennial sick note Dire has to go in just for sheer lack of games.

Now for something even more depressing:

Top Ten "Why the fk did we sell him"

1) Rio F

8) Nigel RC (Another merchant)
9) James C
10) Upton Park ????

We did get relegated with a few of them. Plus Etherington had to go because of his gambling IIRC. Everyone couldn't wait to see the back of Zamora (that I sit by at least). And Marlon Harewood did do the business for us in those dark Championship days.

But Benny McCarthy really takes the biscuit. Then the cake. Then a pizza. Then three kebabs. Then goes for an all you can eat Chinese.

Thanks for pointing that one out, found the thread and got some stress off my chest! There are two things I hate in football, Sheffield United and Neil Warnock.

Its been a while since we've had such a buzz in a league match at UP, that was fking amazing! Parkers goal was pure class and then a quality cameo from Cole to wrap things up.

I'm one happy Hammer tonight!

I wonder if I should go over to the Spurs thread and start trolling to see how they like it.

Well put, I did start to wonder if the Spuds thought that bales of straw bounced through the Bobby Moore stand!

What a load of old tosh , we have 35,000 people on the season ticket waiting list

CL games are never full houses because of the larger advertising boards, i believe spurs lose the front two rows all around the ground ,

Yessssssssssssssss!

It's like the start of the season never hapened now! I know we aren't safe but fk me, if you were stood where I was stood today you would have thought we were pushing top 4. Pulis and his bunch of raggedy arsed s got exactly what their style of football deserved - fk all.

It's good that Grant tries to play football the way the fans like it and boy didn't we fking play it well! Stoke were st but we were great, after those first 5-8 mins like SJC says.

Staying up for sure. COYI!

Nope, I`d start with Collison, Hitz, Parker and Noble across midfield with 2 up front. Probly Ba and Pic. I think that Collison, Bridge and Hitz could work together well up and down the left. Obinna looks increasingly like an impact sub and there are doubts about his long term future. I could, of course, be talking conkers.
Binny is on a season loan and I think we have an option to sign him at the end of the season.

Righ, guess I got carried away with todays 3 x up front!
I don't think it'd work every week. Stokes defence was an absolute joke and we could have been 4 up going in at halftime but I don't think we'd get the time/space every week!

I hate to tempt fate but it seems like we are nearly back to a full squad at a crucial time of the season. Everyone has a wobble, maybe we just had ours early. I just hope that these story's about Parker having injections don't become real.

Just waiting to evauluate our performance on the TV having seen my blinkered stadium view earlier, we better be first match on MOTD!

Like that interview with Ba then, of course the boys just play for the money but at least he seems like he wants to earn his!

And Pulis, your boys were st today, you didn't get your pants pulled down - you got fked.

Anyone else taking a trip to Stoke on Sunday?

Dyer off on loan to Ipswich for a month, I wonder if they are taking on his wages.

fking northern wkers.

Never going there again.

They play bullst tactics like Birmingham do.

Shawcross is a vicious little . I spoke to my old man who said people were whinging about picky's goal - seemed fine to me - how about Huth's blatant foul? Ref was a today, I normally support them but he was a fking joke!

Really bitter after that. Pulis the little plucked eyebrow tt moaning at Grant about the handball too, how is that allowed? s.
