Bit irrelevant unless Mansfield score a goal.
How is it irrelevant, Glen? At 1-0, Mansfield have a shout in the game; they're one mistake or one piece of brilliance away from a leveller. At 2-0, they haven't got a prayer.
Using my example above, we were in it at 0-0 till 70 minutes and with twelve minutes left, were still only one down. The second goal killed the match and although you can't say we would have equalised, we had a batter chance of scoring at 0-0 with our tails still up than a broken team suffering from an injustice.

Sad as it sounds, they are professional footballers who play to the whistle, hundreds of players "cheat" every game, by not declaring the ball hit them for a Corner/throw in, ball crossing line /not crossing the line/ pulling shirts in the penalty area, being slightly offside, wrapping arms around people etc etc etc.
Any footballer who told the ref every time they did somthing outside the rules the game would barely get played! Of course no one wants to see it, but it goes on & Suarez handling is no different to a defender holding onto someone in the box.
So a player handling the ball on purpose and scoring a goal off it is the same as a defender wrapping his arms round a player? Have a word, it's nothing like the same.Any footballer who told the ref every time they did somthing outside the rules the game would barely get played! Stop trying to confuse me with your logic. At 1-0, Mansfield have a shout in the game; they're one mistake or one piece of brilliance away from a leveller. At 2-0, they haven't got a prayer.

BBC reporting Suarez kissed his hand in front of the Mansfield fans after scoring...surely to god thats not true
Same celebration he does for all his goals. The BBC say:
"He plays the part of a pantomime villain well doesn't he, Luis Suarez? Stewart Downing squares the ball to Suarez, his shot is well saved by Alan Marriott but Suarez snaffles up the rebound after controlling it with his hand.
Boos ring around Field Mill as Suarez cheekily kisses his hand in front of the away fans."

So what you are saying is its perfectly fine for a defender to cheat by stopping a player reaching the ball to score. But you don't like strikers handling the ball? Both are cheating, both will be done by professional players unless the whistle goes.
