Longstaff looks very low on confidence.
He looks shell shocked a lot of the time.

I think Anderson should get some minutes in his place.
Shell shocked biglaugh looks like he's in a different planet at times, and do not mention Lascelles as he should have gone years ago, both championship players.
If the team is to progress we need better second choice replacements as both do not cut it.
I was being extremely polite.

I used slightly different words last night.
He seemed to spend more time on the ground than on his feet last night. He was rubbish. I don't mind him usually but he's not been great at all recently.

I don't wholly agree with Longstaff needs moving on etc. He's shown he has the talent and ability to compete in this team and it was only a few months ago it was thought that his work rate was what was missing. Maybe he needs a rest. He's had no rest in months (likewise Miley and Bruno) and maybe is playing below his usual levels. I'd prefer to judge him when we've got a couple more back to rotate around. He's frustrating as a finisher because he wastes opportunities however he has recently been excellent, it's just more recently he's been a pedestrian and the game has passed him by

I agree with that. He was awful yesterday and has looked a bit lost lately, but I'd still have him in the squad. He's a local lad with the passion and he is talented. His finishing is poor, but he gets in good positions and does contribute to the cause.

When we have a full complement of midfielders to pick from, he's likely to be lower down the pecking order. We have Willock, Joelinton, Bruno, Tonali, Miley, Miggy and Anderson when they're all fit/eligible. I'd still have him on the bench and being part of the squad.

I'm not advocating moving Longstaff on, that's a little too extreme.
He just needs that rest. Hopefully with Willock and Anderson back, he'll get that and we can start to rotate again.

Seeing as the Molineux is 2 miles away from my house and my family are season ticket holders. And with me being a NUFC fan.

Wolves are not a ste team. Far from it... I've seen them play their heart out at the Molineux. Gary's done a fantastic job...

Good win HWTL. Tinos run was fantastic

Either wolves were made for us (their defence was wide open at times) or our press and plan A was back!

Much more like it.

Think they had their two best attackers out? Can only beat what’s in front of you though.

Big difference from where I’m sitting is the ability to bring on new legs and continue the press later into the game/shore up. That bodes well for the run in.

All to play for.

The first 2 goals on the break were lovely. Tino's was a bit messy in the end but he'd earned it.

Just Chelsea away next, then a little fixture at Man City!

When I first saw Tino's goal I thought it was a great run, full of composure in the box but with a lucky finish. On the replay you actually see how good it was. He senses the defender and knows he's going to get challenged so he actually punts the ball just before he gets taken and it's actually a brilliant finish. In real time it looks like a bobble/deflection type of lucky finish but it's not.

FFS what an abomination of a piece of defending that was.
