Heard, possibly incorrectly, not sure, that despite the 7-0 reverse, expected goals was something like 3-1 or 2-1.
I have erased this from memory so no idea what you are talking about .
Talking about a FIFA game I think

Despite having Sky, BT Sport and Amazon.. The game isn't on TV today (legally)

Surely these days we should have choice of game and they're all televised.

Yeah, was just thinking that. Have all the legal options I can have, and still can't see it. Seems a bit nuts in this day and age, especially for a 2pm Sunday match.

Anyway, fingers crossed for something straightforward and undramatic for once.

And someone in South Africa will be able to watch every United game legally …welcome to the insanity of tv coverage .

FFS. They may as well just send Casemiro off before the match starts.

Another player who’ll be hounded out of the league for no good reason. That was never a straight red. A booking yes but never a straight red.

Taylor's been for them all afternoon, can't be surprised at that to be honest. Not a great tackle, and as soon as VAR gets involved it gives him the excuse to get out the red.

Does feel harsh that one. His foot came off the top of the ball and into the guys shin, a yellow would’ve been appropriate imo.

In the current climate, that is handball and a penalty every single time. This is a joke.

Yeah they've decided who they want to win this one. Shocking.

Another utterly st law ,and how are neither of those penalties ? Looks like he played Bruno before the ball and then that looked pretty clear handball .

Look at the one VAR awarded to Liverpool yesterday and how close the defender was vs this one where it travels half the width of the penalty area for the defender to throw his arm into the ball.

This is exactly the issue. There is zero consistency. If it's a red then all such tackles need to be, but we see week in week out it they aren't. If it's not a penalty then why do we see penalties for the same or less in other games. Utterly pathetic. We'll be without Case for 4 games now, and we can't appeal it because there's enough there to say it could be red. Inconsistency isn't grounds for appeal. It's fecking scandalous, it really is.

We've done well since the red, but second half they will work it out & we'll do well to hold on. Dodgy 1-0 loss to a softly given JWP free kick coming up.

It’s happening every week where different teams fans are complaining about the same referee problems, it’s embarrassing how bad the refs are in our league.

That one is as much a penalty as the one City were awarded yesterday against Palace.

It’s the lack of consistency with VAR that’s ridiculous. It has created more controversy and just seems designed to spoil matches.
