Afternoon all. I wonder if anyone could help me please... I've just got membership to TruRib (don't know why it took me so long, I used to have Ribman before every home game at the Boleyn) and it seems that Pudding Mill Lane DLR station is quite close. Are there any problems going to Pudding Mill Lane and walking via Greenway or the road towards Truman's? I think I read a while back that access to the Stadium via Pudding Mill Lane was restricted on matchdays. Is that still the case?
On a related subject, a heads up that the Hammersmith & City line is closed between Edgware Road and Barking this weekend .
It was fine last time that I used PML DLR, back in Dec for the arse game. On a related subject, a heads up that the Hammersmith & City line is closed between Edgware Road and Barking this weekend .
Gutted, played really well today.Prob the best we've kept the ball, never had a thing go our way. They had zero ambition from the 3rd minute, other than to spoil and delay. Credit to Slav for going three at the back at halftime... But having kept the ball so well all second half, why change it after the goal? We keep the ball, they can't score.
Reid was world class for me today, not only defensively but his distribution as well.
Gutted, but there was real hope and team spirit today.

fking annoying result. White trainer nicked that, tosser. Two points dropped.
Still, played well to finally get a goal after dodgy early decision to disallow plus poss pen for Snod.
Lanzino goal quality.
Slav was proper wound up all game, thought he going to sprint on at one point!

Chaps on another Hammers forum reckon the refereeing decisions were terrible. Offside goal, foul on our defense before they equalised. Thoughts?
Would need to see it all again, but we certainly never got the rub. There first "possibly" a foul on Feg( but poorly weighted pass into him from Nobes originally), no idea yet why our first was ruled out, then there was a possible foul on Ant by Foster in a scramble, possible pen for Snoddy, and quote possibly there second should have been a throw for us not them before the corner and I'm not sure whether Randy was fouled.Nowt clear cut bit literally Zilch went in our favour.

Yep, st performance from ref again, but it's same old, same old. Plus he never punished west brom for their usual timewasting. Or pullis' stupid trainer and hat combo. According to SS, the tiresomely uncomical idiot Chris Kamara reported that the goal was disallowed for offside.
Apparently there was an oppo player down injured in the box who was the last man, and IIRC Antonio was between him and the keeper.
This took some time to be reported as, as it happened live Kamara didn't know st from butter.

Looked like a convenient injury at the time. Goal should have stood IMO.Apparently there was an oppo player down injured in the box who was the last man, and IIRC Antonio was between him and the keeper.

Our game management should have been better again, especially having worked so hard to get in front.
Lost count of how many last minute goals we've conceeded and the number of lazy back passes played that have led to goals this season.
Argh, hat is so annoying!
Like sic said, zero ambition from WBA until they went behind - I thought we played really well and am disappointed to drop two points when we should have been home and dry a long time before they equalised.
Michael Oliver was very poor throughout the whole game.
I thought that Reid was poor for the first 20-minutes or so - got out-muscled by Rondon on several occasions but got his mojo back and bossed it for the rest of the game (other than the wild lash on the touch line in the second-half, which could easily been a red card if he had connected (from my distant viewpoint )
Chelsea next home game - should be a cakewalk, no?

Well ..
Looking at it again
First goal, definite foul, very obvious from the camera behind Feg, comes in and takes his left ankle, it's actually very clear.
As for the throw in before the goal, yes Ant touched it as the pundits said, but then it clearly touches the WBA player as the ball goes through his legs...but worst of all, the ball goes off by the water bottle, they take the throw miles further up the pitch resulting in them getting the corner FFS.

Yep that and I still can't see what our goal was disallowed for? Antonio didn't touch the ball and everyone else was on-side. Looking at it again

There is a piece of 'dramatic' (can't think of another word to describe it) music that they play over the PA, just before Bubbles and the teams walk out to the pitch - does anyone happen to know what it is? I've tried Shazam-img it but it doesn't pick it up
Or do you mean Black Sabbath "Iron Man"Great piece of music and segues nicely into Bubbles
