I'm not going to stand any whinging and whining it's too important to you lot and us villa fans.
I suggest you read this thread from the start and then report back.
Not without some strong anti-depressents I'm not lol.

At risk of going off topic, great news about your other half.

Yes thanks old son. Spent an uncomfortable couple of weeks imagining all sorts of unpleasantness.

Just saw the Felaini equaliser, FFS! Piquionne is an idiot, but a red card was a bit unneccessary IMO. Nothing we can fking do as it was a 2nd yellow so looks like we are playing Brum with Sears on his own up front...

Having calmed down and now seen an hour of it on FootballFirst, I got it wrong about the subs. In fact Sears came onat 1-1 and then came off for Reid at 2-1.And we were bloody unlucky. Post and a decent shout for a handball pen, which would have been given in the centre circle. They looked like they gave everything, and it was a performance that for one of the few times this season should make us proud.

He makes the point that I thought was equally poignant to put to you:

Do you REALLY want to be sitting this far away from the pitch!!! yikes

Pray that you don't win the bid. As a Spud I am.

Can't see Picqiuone getting that high up into the crowd can you?
Apparently our plan has the top tier removed, to make it a 60,000 capacity.According to Brady, no-one will have a worse view than any seat at Wembley.Personally I want WH to get it. The atmosphere at Upton Park hasn't been the same since they turned the pitch round, there's nowhere to park, traffic is a nightmare etc etc.Might look a bit stupid in the Championship though.

eek How old are you SJC? I've been going since 1965 and the pitch has always been north/south. Was it ever east/west? wink

Erm....it only has 2 tiers. If you take the top tier off, you are just left with the 25k seat bowl, as per the original OPLC plan. Have a look here:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-11408319

So presumably, WH plan to pull down the temporary tier and then build a new, permanent tier on top the 25k bowl? Has anyone actually seen any plans, architectural drawings or even a rough artist's impression of how it's going to look? Have WH even commissioned the required work? Or is it just a plan in writing only, that will be fleshed out once they get approval?

Sorry, I've got no idea why I worded it like. I meant when the pitch was moved towards the DM stand from what was left of the Chicken run a few years ago.
And on the basis of above, since you ask, I'm 137.

Well not being able to see the pitch this season would have been a blessed relief.

According to Twitter we've signed Gary O'Neil from Middlesburger for an undisclosed deal for 2 and a half years. Is he any good?

Was England U21 captain but to the best of memory hasn't featured in the full IX. Must have had some tallent as a youngster though but he's 27 now. Plays right wing, so a replacment for Dyre (who?) and Berhami, never really seen him.

To be fair, I'd join Brentford if it meant I didn't have to live in the North East smile

Just had a look on BBC Sport. Here's hoping he is going to be good enough for the Premiership for at least a few more months...
