Just say, for arguement's sake, that Rangers had equalized, or even scraped a win. Given recent woes, I think that would have been quite catastrophic for Celtic, so fair play to them for not bottling it in face of the importance of the tie. All told, I think Celtic can look forward to a season full of hacking, kicking and slightly too long grass hehe

Seen that. It was Jack that jumped into Rogic without getting near the ball. I said that at the time.

Having seen all the replays and zoomed in footage I still don't even see any contact from Rogic. Jack got his own legs tangled.

Twice in just a few games Gerrard has wrongly blamed the refs and called the ingretity of the Scottish game into question. I can't see how he can avoid a fine tor warning this time.

Rogic taps Jack’s left foot causing him to fall.

Contact is allowed. You just have to see what Shagger and Lafferty were able to get away with.

I don't think he does at all. You can't see any contact in any of the videos. It's just people assuming there was contact as Jack went down.

It was still Jack who jumped into Rogic to impede him initially. As Gallagher said earlier that was the only potential foul in the incident.

If there was any contact, it is both players coming together rater than one fouling the other. As already said, Jack fouled Rogic by jumping into him when nowhere near the ball.

No action to be taken against McGregor for his kick. The panel has three members and the decision has to unanimous to proceed.

I've not heard one person think it was anything other than a red card. The only justification anyone put forward to excuse the Moreloss kick was it was retaliation. This time there is no excuse.

Then the guy at Kilmarnock got sent off last week when going for the ball, nobody thought it was a red, but his red card appeal was thrown out.

Two clear red cards and both ignored or overturned to benefit Rangers. Serious questions need to be aimed at the panel.

Did the ref see McGregor's kick at all? I'm assuming he didn't, otherwise he would have issued the card?

They showed in the highlights he did appear to be looking in that direction. If he did see it there is no other result than a red card.

To have the benefit of clear video footage and rule no further action to be taken is actually unbelievable. There is quite clearly a wrong one on the panel unable to be impartial.

It now appears that kicking out is now acceptable. I've no idea when they changed the rules.

The SFA and their independant panel are a laughing stock.

I think it was two years ago whwn Scott Brown had his red against St Johnstone recinded. I was surprised with that decision, but now it's just comical.

Well there were a few on the pitch and at least 1 on the panel. Perhaps people just agree with you?

Even Ge55ard admitted to the press afterwards it was a red card.

How could it be anything other than a red card and a penalty?

Who on the pitch said it wasn't a red?

Have a little look at people freely offering their opinion on the incident. Even all the Rangers fans, and a manager who is full of excuses, also knows it was a red.

Just pointing out the obvious counter opinion to which you seem oblivious.

Now, anyone fancy some Scotland chat, or are we happy continuing with Rangers?
