Something pretty awful would have to happen for us to be relegated from the Premiership to League 1 in one fell swoop.

In all seriousness though, a great as it is getting to banter all my Ipswich mates, it'd be sad to see you relegated. League 1 football is something I, well, wouldn't wish on my worst enemy! I like that Norwich and Ipswich are two clubs of similar size who, most seasons, are just playing to beat each other. Basically I want you to finish 17th in the premiership each year so we can win 9-2 on aggregate every season.

There are too many parallels with our relegation season though. Too many loanees and ex prem players looking for a last pay-day. I reckon you'll stay up though as Pompey are about to go into admin and Coventry and Doncaster are worse than you.

Thanks. A bit of reason from a rival. Nice to see and all too rare.

I'm split on what I think will happen. We went on a 6 game no loss streak and rocketed up the table. It looked as if a play off place was the very least we would expect.

Then. Well. fk knows what has changed. You've all seen what has happened.

I fear the worst as I can't see why things would change for the better.

The team hasn't really changed. We were beating the likes of west ham convincingly. Now we are getting hammered by the likes of Doncaster confused

Only time will tell.

luckily Forest lost also, otherwise we'd be bottom 3 now.

Another bad day at the office. i'm wondering how long it is before PJ starts getting the Steve Kean treatment......

Yep, things are bad.

Ironically we played quite well so the crowd stayed with them. I don't know how much longer the good will can last.

And yes, you were bad. Amusingly so.

Still, at least it was against one of the best sides in Europe. As opposed to say Peterborough...

Gossip in the papers already touting Steve Bruce in for PJ.

That WOULD rile me big time!

Yeah? And the worst thing is you are still a nasty, petty, vindictive, little knob who keeps popping up on a thread which has nothing to do with him!!!

Such is life.

No rumours yet about PJ?

From a friend who went on Saturday, Town were the better team (he might be biased!) and again lost it towards the end of the game.

No good if we cannot play for the full 90-95 minutes.

Anger management.

Get some. It'll save you a lot of exclamation marks.

Watford are a team that have an appalling habit of throwing away leads in the last 20 mins. Nice to turn that around on someone (sorry!).

I'm not angry. I'm confused as to why someone would continuously keep coming back to post on an internet forum which holds nothing for him. The exclamation marks are in exasperation.

You may think you are big and clever, but you just continually show yourself to be a small minded, simple cretin with your 'scum' comments.

Even your fellow NCFC who like a little banter seem to be a little embarrassed of you, as they don't seem to be joining in with your insults.

Be cool!

CVM, it may make you feel a little happier if I said I think Bury Town hold more for me as the season progresses.

Thankfully man flu kept me from the annihilation at Maine Road or whatever it’s called this weekend but more than anything the Premiership is unfeasibly boring. Obviously you are not supposed to admit such things as of course it’s the land of milk and honey but even with Evan’s scale of wedge even if ITFC were promoted in the future how do you ever hope to compete with that, Citeh I mean?

Nope, I liked the Chumpionhship for many reasons, a good old proper inter village fight twice a season and its competitive, yes you boys have been on a chronic run but you will need no reminding what happened about twelve years ago when Burley took over around this time of year?

Anyway screw the Premiership, I’m fed up with expensive tickets and all the hype, I’m off to watch Suffolk’s number one club

"Come on you Trawler Boys"

To be fair, I don't go as often as I did, but my Great Grandad, Great Uncle, Godfather and Brother-in-law have always kept me interested as former players. Since the bil retired, i've watched Kirkley more often than not, since a good few of my mates play for them.

OT again, I was with a client the other day and we were talking about a 'grand opening' for his new gaff, and he's a massive yella, so I said get that big lump Holt to cut a ribbon or something, and at that exact moment, Craig Flemming walked in, and I said will he do?

My client was like a big kid seeing this guy in his place! Surprised he didn't offer his services for free hehe

Mmm Lowestoft, there’s a nasty thought that Daryl Sutch was born there and whilst he was without doubt the worst player to ever wear the Yella he also supported you lot.

Now just work that out, you admit to supporting your fiercest rivals in the programme notes and wonder why the fans are on your back. Well mostly because he was crap unlike Ruel Fox and Dale Gordon who I’m pretty sure both supported you boys but were also brilliant players.

Still I see BTFC are closing in on the top of the league and I’m going to the local derby with Lowestoft on Boxing Day which should be a good crunching game, I think you still have the talents of Adrian Forbes to grace the pitch with whilst of course BTFC have the mighty (in every way these days) James Scowcroft although he’s injured.

Now you be nice to big Grant, he’s doing ok and could have scored at Maine Road at the weekend, that place needed his rural and rugged charms! Flem was and is an absolute gent and the real sort of old pro the lower leagues benefit from, BTFC had Gavin Johnson until last year and even at that level the difference in ability was visible.

You see you miss us really, just think in olden times we’d all be getting ready for the Boxing Day village fight!
