Sick of all this tosh that Keane ended his career.
Let’s not pretend it wasn’t an appalling act of sportsmanship and dreadful thing to do on a human level though.
You mean in the same way he was screaming in Keane’s ear when he was lay injured after knackering his cruciate? Play with fire etc…

Whilst extremely distasteful and immoral and indeed unsporting. I wasn’t aware that was equal to what was effectively an assault (or potentially an even higher level of offence).

Some angry little guy tackling him many years ago has got to be well down the list of good reasons not to join United.
Probably. At the moment there are loads of reasons, it least that he’s one of the hottest properties in football and there are a number of clubs ahead of United in terms of guaranteeing trophies, which is what any player wants. However, if Alf-Inge Haaland is still angry about what happened then it will be part of the decision making process for his kid.

Reality is that the baggage that comes with his agent should make clubs run a mile when they look at how he ruins players and just uses them to pad his own bank account. But they won’t and they’ll pay his stupid fees, especially if the club is ignoring the financial rules anyway.

There’s something in that. He baited a man who everyone knows has absolutely no chill. I can’t say I have much sympathy.

Do you mean the bit where Haaland screamed at him is really the bit where Keane goes up to Haaland on his way off after being sent off?

You expect some baiting in a pitch.

You don't expect someone to come through you and seriously injure you so severely when you don't even have the ball

Keane was a cockhead who couldn't control his temper. If he was any other clubs captain you guys would be having a right go. But I suppose the 'he may be a dick, but he's our dick' stands here.

This is terrible and to have no sympathy for this is pretty fking awful on your part Ord.

I didn’t defend Keane. We all know he’s a nasty piece of work.

But I also think Haaland’s behaviour was disgusting. He’s also a nasty piece of work.

Like two stheads fighting over nothing outside a pub. A plague on both their houses.

I certainly don’t condone Keane’s ‘revenge’ at all, but I can well imagine that I might have put Haaland on his back at the time of the first incident, rather than waiting until the next time they played.

Would love to see Haaland and Rice come in the summer…. And Ten Hag in.
We can dream…

Just looking at fixture list and we really are up against it.

Have to expect some injuries..

7 games in 22 days!

Vs Arsenal 2 games in Feb
Chelsea Tottenham and west ham have 5…

Hannibal will get some Game time at least and maybe another youngster or two tho all our promising young guns seem to be out on loan…

I rate Rice very highly. He’s improved at one hell of a rate in the last year or two.

The actual first team squad is now quite thin ,a few injuries and we might be seeing a lot of kids in games against city and Liverpool etc .(Mind you they can’t play any worse than we did in those games earlier this season)

We still have at least two players for every position all of whom are big earners and very experienced. The problem with that is the experience means they’re pretty much past it when you look at our midfield options. The Ole signings don’t look too great when you look at who he signed and where they are now.

Lingard tweeting after being called out by Ralf. Echos of Martial.

Bless him needing a break after a weeks holiday in Dubai and cashing another 100k. Sure his brother will be along again soon to talk of his imprisonment rolleyes

Sooner we get rid of these type of players, the better.

Echos of Ralf. This seems to be his way of shaping the squad - divide and conquer.

You can't impose discipline in the media. What does he want to achieve - isolating the payers with a view to moving them on or motivating them to do better? He won't achieve the latter with his strategy.

Have to agree. I’m a bit confused by what’s being said in the media. Just keep it in house. If a player wants to be a silly bugger, fine them and keep it internal, if they start tweeting, retain a dignified silence and fine them again. Keep it in house and smile nicely when asked about it.
