Another season without a trophy. Ridiculous that we can dominate a game but be so wasteful that we end up losing. We should have been 4 up at half time. Then we just played crap for the rest of the match There’s just no excuse for this.

Extra time was dreadful, but we should have been out of sight by then.

I know Elanga missed the pen, but can’t put the blame on him. Ronnie, Bruno, Rashford missed guilt edge chances.

It’s gutting we went out, but we played fantastic for the first 60mins, when Pogba and Rashford went off we lacked that cutting edge. Onwards and upwards, and push to make sure we are in the CL next season

No! stats suggest that De Gea is ste at saving them that's all. Were you one of the many in here that wanted De Gea out a few seasons ago?

He also jumped forward before each one was kicked so even if he’d fluked a save, it would have been a retake. Very poor.
