Spuds and Man Ure have totally taken the pressure off. If we don't get thru, and I doubt we will, it's not as bad as it could have been.
Does it make it any better?Should we not look at ourselves and, if we play like we did away to City, be disappointed and critical?

We should treat it as an individual game regardless of what our compatriots have been up to, but it's impossible not to use the teams around us as a yardstick; and when one capitulated badly in the second leg, and the other had a simply abject home performance to a supposedly inferior team, short of getting beaten 5-0 tonight, our performance will be viewed in a better light - especially given our opposition.Should we not look at ourselves and, if we play like we did away to City, be disappointed and critical?
In a way, I hope it gives the team an extra lift; we can go for the game with a little freedom, and if we get a result it's a sensational performance.
