Do you guys think Howe will leave?

I can see Brooks, Ake and Wilson all leaving, not sure about the rest of them, you'll know more than me.

I'm not sure where Howe would go now - built a long career at Bournemouth and not sure where he'd fit elsewhere in the Prem'...so why move.

Rumours Ake's off to Man City. Sheff Utd could do with Wilson (straight swap for McGoldrick, bless him smile).

They could struggle next season - Championship not getting any easier.

Saints supporter here and very sad to see our neighbours relegated - had been watching other results intently in the hope you'd pull off the unlikely.

Hope you hit the ground running next season and are back up at the first time of asking.

I think the writing was already on the wall for EH.

He'll either be sacked and picked up by a mid table Championship club looking for a quick promotion to the PL or a PL team with no ambition such as West Ham will be after him.

Can't see Bournemouth coming back up as about half their squad will be sold. I can see them turning into another Sunderland.

Ha ha ha. Off you fk. Absolute st show of a club.

Embarrassed for you.

Shame for Eddie Howe, like him as a person. He won’t be sticking around, far to good to be managing a championship club.
Who signs up to a car forum to post ste like this? Pathetic little virgin laugh
Ooh you’re hard. What a fking clown.
UpThe is a villa fan. Don't feed the troll.

Such a shame for Bournemouth. We'll be back!!
I’m no Villa fan.

Out of the three teams that could have been relegated with Norwich today, Villa were the only ones that deserved to stay up.

Over at Town we all feel sorry for Billing getting relegated twice and that. Shame he can’t get surrounded by the champions league squad he believes he deserves smile

I wondered if Howe might end up at Palace once Roy gets the boot. Or maybe Burnley, if Dyche goes Palace.

Some bad luck with injuries this season, but ultimately we didn't score enough goals.

1 more point would have done it.

As a local club to me, sorry to see you go. Think you had an awful run of injuries which probably did for you.

Was willing West Ham to score yesterday.

I think Eddie Howe is a decent guy, and hope he can lead you back.

You guys were unlucky. Put a nice spell of form together this last few weeks and play some nice football. Fancy you to bounce straight back next year (not feeling that for Watford, not sure about Norwich)

A few whispers around these parts that EH might be tempted by a move to Bristol City if he gets the push

Fairly local, fantastic stadium (holds 27k now it's been refurbished), billionaire owner and potential to get into the Prem. City fired Lee Johnson 3-4 weeks ago and have been delaying naming the new man although Chris Hughton seems to be the front runner. Quite a few ITK's suggesting the owner was waiting for the Prem to finish to see if Howe or Smith would come. Smith is a Villa fan and they've stayed up anyway but Howe? scratchchin

He already had a go at Burnley and came running back to Bournemouth!

It's a difficult one because he's achieved everything he realistically can at Bournemouth, but anywhere else might be outside his comfort zone and a wrench leaving the club he loves - let's see if personal ambition exceeds that!

Thought that Bournemouth might have made the Great Escape yesterday after the performance at Everton. Shame they had to rely on other results.

Could be interesting times ahead for them if some of the above speculation pans out. (Transfers & managers)

Indeed so! Villa are without a big club who should (IMO) be in the Premier League but they only survived by the skin of their teeth despite having spent big last summer; Roy Keane's reaction to them celebrating staying up did make me smile!

Mental that that's actually kept them up. I can see Bournemouth sueing if they can, much like Sheff Utd did years ago against West Ham.

To be fair, I don't think your issue was scoring them. Your issue was preventing the other team from scoring. Bournemouth have always simply tried to outscore the opposition since they arrived in the PL. Exciting at times, but doomed from a long-term POV.

Wont happen I'm afraid, it was raised on Radio Sheffield with a lawyer (can you believe!) what our position would be if it cost us a place in Europe. That issue never materialised, but his thoughts were that a legal claim would fall flat on its face - you just cant legislate for 7 Hawkeye cameras all being obstructed by players. Dont know what the linesman was doing at the time though!
