Went to the game last night, I enjoy watching the youth/reserve players etc. Amazing how things change in two years. I saw Zelalem make his debut against Coventry two years ago and now obviously Iwobi has developed MUCH quicker and you'd have to say especially Maitland-Niles and also The Jeff have leap frogged him.

Good to see Jenks back last night who played well and clearly has a great understanding with Teh Ox, Holding looked great again. Indeed they all looked decent...apart from Gabriel who in my book is definitely 5th choice CB.

First time I have seen Perez live...he looked like he was very nervous/lacked confidence and he is very, very, very one footed. Van Persie used to talk about his "chocolate leg"....but his right foot could actually kick a ball. Just not sure you can be a Premier League striker if you are as one footed as him. As a defender you just know he can't use his right foot at all!

He's a great option as a sub....has a superb ability to score when he comes on and asks very different questions to this seasons preferred attacking quartet.

Oh by the way if anyone has a son who wants the third kit as an Xmas present you might want to sort it pronto. When I was in the club shop before the Reading game I was told it's the best selling kit and they're running out of sizes and already you can't order a few players names as they've run out of letters! No more being made...

Good result, not sure if the big man up front heading them in is our best formation though....

Im glad we got something out of that, but i'll repeat what i said in the first game against them, yet again, sort the sodding defence out. I know we had Gibbs and Jenko on tonight but Mustafi seems to have gone to sleep several times, Ospina looked way off match sharp for there goal (made a couple of good interceptions though, credit due) and even the normally reliable Kos was caught out for their second.

We just dont seem to be able to play cagey, there was no need to have pushed up so much and get caught on the break, we knew they could do that from the first game, the only differenece was they didnt score. Sit back and just hit them on the break, nick a 1-0, but no, we'd rather play gung ho with the resultant panic stations to get back into the game.

I know im the bringer of doom but i'll put any money on as soon as we meet a decent team we'll get well and truly reamed in true Wenger style.

Isn't he just. I do wonder sometimes if people realise how good he is....one of the best things about going to the games is being able to just watch him.

I pleased he's now scoring more goals, will get him the recognition he deserves.

As they said on the highlights, could easily have a been the little Barca man there ... composed is the word. How many other players would have contrived to miss that, by shooting as the defenders dived in instead of throwing that little dummy to send both of them into next week ... beautiful.

Well, we didn't loose it at least rolleyes

Just back from the match (after picking up a puncture in Camden and having to use the BMW Motobility kit furious) and it was a pretty lame performance in the 2nd half.....made all the worse by Chelsea's performance yesterday, and Liverpool's today.

was it a penalty?

I had a terrible stream.

Interrupted by the Dallas Cowboy Cheer leader squad. ( try story!)

It was a soft pen, he was starting to fall before he was tripped. But Kos almost asked for it the way he just stuck his leg out.

If you were serious about winning the league you'd be brushing teams like Spurs aside with ease.

Iwobi was ineffective and Xhaka didn't really stamp much authority in midfield.

There was a spell in the second half where our passing was shocking.
