In what minute do you all think Varane goes off injured?

Liverpool in the next round if we win. So tired of this season!

It seems fears of the great defensive apocalypse weren't quite true after all. Varane is starting, and it looks like Amrabat is at left back. McTominay replaces Mainoo (!) which must be about fitness and giving the lad a rest. Bruno is also fit which I can't tell if I'm happy about or not - I mean it's good hes fit and not injured, but give the man a rest ffs. He'll be on his lips on Sunday.

oh and Antony is back, instead of Amad or Forson. So yeah. Hopefully he proves us all wrong and out does Haaland.
I think Amrabat has been a little hard done by. I can remember him being one off our best players in some of the games earlier in the season.

You have to love Shearer on commentary, every attack should be a goal on his opinion.

If only they had done this or that …

He was right about McTominay, he should have scored with that free header.

It’s much improved so far. Let’s see if he can carry on.

Should have definitely worked the keeper harder. Big chance that.

Think Bruno and Amrabat are wearing Forest shirts underneath the amount of times they’ve given the ball away!
Bruno looked knackered after 15 minutes.

Dalot’s excellent going forward. Best right winger at the club after Garnacho.

I’ve never seen a footballer make playing football look as much of a chore as Rashford. He makes Martial look energetic and ebullient.

His coments about Rashford and telling him to get up and get on with it were spot on

He's really let himself down. Just lost his desire. Stayed with us way too long.

Build up has been okay, final third is pretty shocking though.

Well it wasn't terrible, just lacking the killer touch (first time for everything hey)? Amrabat isn't a left back, so can't be too harsh but it they score it's coming down the left.

Otherwise a fairly watchable game, all told. We've played worse and won, so lets see.

Well said, Alan Shearer. He was absolutely spot on. Rashford’s attitude is pathetic and he’s currently wasting his talent.

Too many football pundits sit on the fence, others are unwilling to puncture the hype by criticising big clubs & big name players. It takes someone with Shearer’s credibility to call Rashford out.

I used to like football , Man Utd was my favourite team. Still have a George Best poster from the 60s!
Had a watch tonight, only heard of a couple of their players.
Just load of overpaid overseas players. No interest at all.
Sad really.
Where did it all go wrong?
