This is too slow and predictable with some rotten quality in attack. Throw the kids on up front.

Agree, it's just low quality football, boring, just want the game to be finished.

Antony is the epitome of a complete nothing player.

Gets the ball, turns back toward his own goal, plays a 5 yard pass to the full back. Time and time again. Divock Origi has been far more of a threat.

He was terrible at left back in the first half but I do like Amrabat’s driving runs in the second.

Were they really checking if the "offside" player might have got in a defenders way? That's a bit "What if?" isn't it?

So throat grabbing doesn’t even get a yellow card these days….

Well done lads, the win is all that mattered tbh. Huge game next round, but let’s worry about Sunday first!

Well somehow. 1-0, 10-0,doesn't matter in the cup. Gives us a few weeks to get some players back for the Scousers, we'll need them.

Worth every penny just for that - be honest wink

Well, it was a game, we won it. Probably shaded it but neither side were exactly sparkling on the day. Given the last game and all the noise its a more important result than performance, so glad it went the way it did. Anfield away will be fun, but thats for another day.

Antony did ok, honestly. Better than I thought he would, but still miles from where we would need. Defended well, worked hard which isn't much but it did help. Amrabat better in the 2nd half, but not the LB answer either (I actually thought he looked more comfortable on the right). We could have scored more, but one was enough, and Onana made a couple of decent stops and no ricketts, so all told not bad. Just not great either.

Big one next, but lets see.

Depends who does it.

Completely indifferent performance. Zero quality and so many bad touches it was mind-boggling. Maybe they should have been given a day off or something smile

We’re going to lose by at least 4 at weekend.

Casemiro gets deported and sent to life behind bars in some dodgy Brazilian prison if he had someone by the throat like that…

Not the best game but a win is a win.

Yep made some good saves and kept us in the game.

Not the greatest game, but played better in the 2nd half. Amrabat looked good driving from midfield, and used the ball well.

Desperately need Hojlund back ASAP, Rashford is poor as a number 9.

Oh cool, I though they said it was away. That's better then. Be good to upset Klippity if we can.
