baaaaa baaaaa.....
The funny thing is that even Clarkson has realised the error of his ways and now watches football.

He's a glory hunter, though, having jumped on the Chelski bandwagon, rather than supporting his home town team - Shorpe.
I love the way Pistonheads censors that football team hehe

Wouldn't Clarkson's home town team actually be Doncaster Rovers though?

even funnier is Clakson's column in the Times on sunday and Clarkson's column in top gear magazine this month.

one is essentailly "its expensive and a few things might go wrong but lets celebrate the olympics and have fun" and the other is "what a complete waste of money, its all pointless, i dont understand any of it".

I'll leave you to work out which column was in which publication....

+ another. I always picture Walter The Softie from The Beano when I read drivel about hating football from some limp wristed bellend.

As was said before, how can you 'hate' it? Indifference I can understand, hatred is just illogical.

One of the 'in' things to do is not ignore something you have no interest in. Instead they'll tell as many people with an interest as they can that they think it's st as though those with an interest give a fkaroo.

PS the colour of your Porschey is gorgeous!

Oh dear. The TV has been taken over by the great GB ball kicking cretins have a 'tough match' against that footballing colossus Senegal.

Never in the field of British sport were so many useless idiots paid so much to win so few. (Awards)

Have I mentioned how much I dislike football?

Tin hat on now...
Uk football as a whole has taken a massive nosedive in the last few decades. The continental teams keep on showing us up, our players seem to lack the skill and teamwork. It`s all about money too, far to much money, I still watch the occasional game but we are just no good, despite the press praising our so called stars. Every so often a good player does appear, a player with good ball control and a natural flair and understanding of the game. I wish we had good national teams, the fans deserve it.

In terms of club football, we're still one of the dominant nations in Europe - ISTR we've had finalists in the last 4 European Cups, winning it twice.

Whilst there are lots of foreign players in club sides, both wins came from teams with long-serving home-grown players. And I really hate giving Chelski any credit for that, given how much they've spent on foreign talent over the last decade!
