With the news that Pochettino has left Chelsea that means there are quite a few managers without jobs now and quite a few top(ish) roles available, or likely to be available in the coming weeks & months.
Does anyone fancy making some wild guesses / inspired selections as to where this lot could end up. I’ve thrown in a couple of wildcards as well, just to stir things up. Just a bit of fun to maybe keep us going for the next three weeks until the Euros start and everyone starts laying into Southgate
Mourinho
Pochettino
De Zerbi
Klopp
Tuchel
Southgate - is his time at England up? Is he any good really?
Amorim - think he’s said he’s staying put although money talks
Ten Hag - likely to be sacked after the weekend
Howe - is he in danger at Newcastle?
McKenna - will he leave Ipswich? Is it too big a risk as he’s so inexperienced?
Xavi Hernandez - he still seems to be trying to get out of Barcelona
I'd not put Klopp on the list, I think he's burnt out. If anything I can see him taking the Director of Football role at Dortmund which by all accounts they are trying to tempt him with taking maybe after a year off....and if he does he'll be done at coach/manager level.Does anyone fancy making some wild guesses / inspired selections as to where this lot could end up. You need to add Allegri to the list after his sacking last week.
Can't see Howe departing Newcastle anytime soon...and no big name is going there (yet) as they are being careful about FFP rules...and a big name coach will want to spend.

Says he has a deal till 2027 so can understand why he might not feel the need to sign a new one The whole thing is very upsetting for me.
Just wanted 1 season of the continuity we've had to give us the very best chance of survival.
As it stands, our chairman is having to [sort] upgrade the stadium ready for PL, negotiating with current manager, making arrangements for that going wrong, new kit, signing new players but not actually knowing whether those players will be who the new manager wants.
Everything ends up on hold when it needs to be perfect.

The new kits will have been sorted months ago - so that's one thing MA can tick off his list. Just wanted 1 season of the continuity we've had to give us the very best chance of survival.

His entire 'sticking to his philosophy' with Burnley is the reason they're relegated. I can't see how that sort of pigheadedness and inability to adapt can be viewed as a positive.

As said, still quite a risk, but probably less risk than some other random manager, that won't even have BL experience.

Very peculiar even given limited options.

His "philosophy" didn't work with the players Burnley had available to them, but could well be very successful at Bayern? Not everyone gets to start their managerial career at a team that has recently won the domestic and Champions League's as with Pep.His entire 'sticking to his philosophy' with Burnley is the reason they're relegated. Christ, there's a bunfight currently going on around the 2 managers who got promoted from the championship last season despite them having zero PL managerial experience.

But, he did play in Germany, and speaks German, and played under Pep who who managed BM......so, you can sort of see where BM are coming from, given they are running out of options.

So your managerial merry go round has five managers out of work and six that are still in jobs?
It’s all about rumours and I did say I’ve thrown some wildcards in to stir things up. SWoll said:

It could well work but what should people be expected to think of a manager who didn’t even try to adapt given it was obvious he didn’t have the players to match The Philosophy?Christ, there's a bunfight currently going on around the 2 managers who got promoted from the championship last season despite them having zero PL managerial experience.
Look at the job Dyche did at Everton this year by comparison. Work with what you’ve got.
