If you look at Spurs in the transfer market, any big price player normally flops. It's the bargains that seem to turn out well.

Not really. If you want to underpay players they either need to be massive fans of the club, or you need to win something. Unless all the Spurs players are more "moral" than Rose then it'll fall apart soon if something doesn't change.What a stupid thing to say.
