You'd have to say squad looks a bit thin.
Been like that for 20 years

Other than Firmino we have no game changers to bring on
Depends how you want to change the game doesn't it?

Personally I think our squad looks decent. Never going to have huge depth but we mostly have 2 good options in each position.

A tidy opening performance. Norwich will be glad their home game against us is out of the way, I expect...

Agreed. We're not Chelsea or City. Klopp has said that enough times. We do ok.

I agree

Interest to see if Keita gets a run of games.
He's not really caught the eye today.

Elliott looking every bit a worthy successor to Shaq plus a bit more youthful running.

How ironic. When Salah should have been selfish and taken a shot, he decides to try to pass to Mane.

Can't complain about that.

Job well done.

Look forward to seeing how Elliot develops this season.

He looks strong.

Solid start to the season. Overall, a decent performance, and great to see VVD play a full 90 mins.

I don't think any of our midfield starters did, but they were workmanlike and got the job done.

Only had one eye on the game.

Nice to get an away win under our belts with the crowds back in.

Salah edge of the box on his left foot, you just know what's coming.

Great save at the end for Alisson.

First game of the season, plus not our starting midfield. They did the job asked of them, as you say. Positive start.

Tsimikas also looks pretty decent with getting crosses in, which was missing before if Robbo is missing.

Thought Tsim did ok for his first proper Prem game with crowds

Showed some nice touches and Robbo like willingness to get forward and deliver a decent cross.

Couple of mistakes to be expected and he needs to get used to the pace of EPL

Keita and Ox still fail to convince me unfortunately but they were solid I suppose
