Mmmmmmm.....
Guess that as a Blue nose I should give you some grief. However as we are also ste this season I won't.
There is Nothing and I mean NOTHING a blue nose could say about the villa that they wouldn't want for their own club. We have the biggest club the better history, the biggest stadium, the better attendances by a very long way, a better league status currently 23 place above the noses. Oh and a very good young team that will only get better.Guess that as a Blue nose I should give you some grief. However as we are also ste this season I won't.
You have
A small stadium.
A small stadium you can't fill.
A small stadium you can't win in.
A small stadium that some bloke called Zigic gets £55,000 a week to fk about in.
A small stadium that your chairman can't get into as he is currently in prison.
A small stadium with some accountants in that can't even fill in it's financial reports for the last two seasons which will probably result in a points deduction.
A small stadium that many of your first team won't be playing in soon as you can't afford to pay them.
A small stadium that has a championship status that is precarious and will probably get worse.
Go on give it your best shot I' not bitter or upset tonight in the slightest lol.

To be honest I can't disagree with most of what you have written. Don't want too either as cant be arsed to argue about football in any way shape or form.
It would have been good to see a local team, even your lot, get to Wembley rather than some scummy team of northeners!!
I'm off now to build some more Lego!!!

Almost furious? Losing over 2 legs to s Div 4 side. Are you reserving actually being furious for a defeat by a non league side?
I reserve being properly furious to things worthy of being properly furious over. Like dropping my motorbike causing damage, rather than sport I can have no influence over.Angry yes, furious no.

I hope the mindset that relegation is inevitable doesn't set in at Villa park. It's going to be tough but I still on balance the drop can be beaten.
"Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert's job is safe even if the club are relegated, it is understood.
Villa lost their Carling Cup semi-final to League Two Bradford on Tuesday and are 17th in the Premier League, one point above the relegation places.
BBC Radio 5 live's Pat Murphy says Villa owner Randy Lerner talked to
Lambert after watching the Bradford game live in the USA.
"Lerner is unwilling to seek more managerial upheaval", Murphy said.
Lambert guided Norwich City from League One to the Premier League before leaving to join Villa last summer.
Murphy added: "If the unthinkable happened and Villa were relegated I think Lerner would still stick with Lambert."

just seen a story on bbc sport that Lambert will eb safe even if villa are relegated...
look out for lambert being sacked imminently..
I'm no villa hater, but frankly I would say for a few seasons now the quality of your football has been pretty poor - its not good to watch...I feel for you...
when teams come up like swansea, norwich, southampton etc and play much much better football its a bit worrying...
