How he had the audacity to say that is beyond me, it’s been like this for almost 2 years.

Well the 3-0 win against Norwich has ended our poor run and may lift the team for a strong end to the season.

Not really. Watford were an absolute shambles. A relegated shambles. You wouldn't have had an easier game all season.

Aye they were one of the worst teams I've ever seen in the Prem, it was so easy for us. That being said, you can only beat what's infront of you. I'm not confident that Rodgers can solve the set piece crisis we're having, nor make the right signings (this may be more the clubs fault than his though), so I'm sceptical, think he'll get the first half of next season regardless though.

That was the first away win I've seen since Brentford back in October btw biggrin

Nice to have Vardy back, GOAT.

Yep. Just shows you, Vardy is our talisman. We come alive when he's on the pitch.

Strong end to the season, 10 points from 12 points is a very good return. Only ended up 4 points off 7th in the end, very surprised at that as I thought we were poor for 75% of the season. No reason we can't achieve 7th next year as we'll have a pretty fresh squad every week without any European football.

Think Tielemans and Cags will be two players we sell to bring in some money. I'm thinking maybe Iheanacho as well, but we should lose players like Choudhury and maybe Perez, so that'll bring in some money. Few new contracts needed as well, Amartey being the main one.

Looking forward to a few weeks off tbh, but got an England game next month to give me my football fix. EPL fixtures announced on June 16th, so we've only got 3 weeks until that. Will try to do pre-season and most aways again next season, but I've had to finally cave and book a holiday with the missus instead of LCFC trips, so will definitely be missing more than I did this season. Another positive of no Europe is I will be able to save a bit more money as well!

Another great season following the Foxes.

Kasper Schmeichel to leave and join Nice?!

I don't follow Leicester, but was that a surprise (it was to me)? He has been a wonderful servant and talisman for your club for 11 years and I wish him well. Have the club got a replacement in the squad? You've been quiet in the transfer market this summer.

Has been in the pipeline for a while, he’s on megabucks for a GK (120-140k depending on what figure you believe), fancied a change, fancied European football and wanted a 3 year contract which we weren’t going to offer him.

He goes with my best wishes and ensured we won not only an FA Cup, but also a league title, fantastic servant to the club. We won’t sign a replacement, it’ll be Danny Ward and our young GK Iversen fighting it out.

We can’t sign players because of the FFP rules regarding wages to turnover, we’ve got like 5 who won’t even be in the 25 man squad, Kaspers wage going helps us as it’s the 2nd highest at the club. Reckon we might get one or two players in on loan, but we’ll need to shift another 2 or 3 to make this possible nearer deadline day.

Never a quiet day and don’t think we’ll do that well this season, but it is what it is.

Another game where Rodgers has thrown it away, it happens about 8 times a season...

Using 1 sub then complaining our players were tired at the end of the game, the man is an idiot. Taking KDH off for a striker, losing control of the midfield then doing nothing to readdress it, even the fans in the stand can see it happening, so why can't he?

Can't afford to pay him off so we'll just have to suck it up for another 6-12 months before finally taking the plunge and paying him to go (for a smaller amount).

Onto Arsenal next week, 2 or 3 nil to them I imagine, going to be a long old season.

That substitution had us and everybody we spoke to absolutely baffled! The negative impact was completely predictable (but not to BR! rolleyes)

Spurs will be 3rd this season IMO, not far off 2nd, think they'll be a very good team. Southampton may struggle due to signing quite a few youngsters, need to mix well with the more experienced players for the right blend.

Mad that we can see it, but he can't? Tactical changes 2-0 up at home to Brentford? They're not Man City ffs, what we were doing was working perfectly fine. So frustrating, it happens at least once a month under him.

According to an interview with BR explaining the change "we still had 3 in midfield, it worked really well for us in that period, we adjusted to the change". I'm all for focusing on the positives, but that is nothing less than covering your arse by spouting utter bullst!

Sadly I think that's all he's been doing for about 9 months now, he knows his time will be up soon.

The talk of how he's improved the club from one being lucky to stay in the league etc. to where we are now is rubbish. The talk of needing a huge rebuild and a huge war chest, he's bought plenty of players, about 15% have been useful to us, the rest are stuck here on huge wages seeing out their contracts. He constantly blames the players when half the time it's his tactics and decision making which has caused our issues.

I'm getting really frustrated, I've been Rodgers out for quite a while now and just can't see him going before the World Cup.

Fans fighting in the stand, fans fighting with the police in the concourse, Rodgers tactics, another soulless performance, football awaydays are well and truly back.

A loss against Southampton and we might be forced into pulling the trigger.

Another double substitution, 3 minutes later another goal by the opposing team.

I'm seeing a pattern here.

Oh, and I think we need a new keeper.

That was toxic, stadium emptying after their 2nd goal, boos all around, fantastic!

Said it for ages, he's done here, we're just fking ourselves over by giving him more time, we're continually getting worse and something needs to be done. Chelsea and United next ffs.
