That starting line up today was always going to concede goals and you can't blame the players for that.

They looked so nervy, couldnt cope with their press, too many loose passes, not winning any 2nd balls and a GK who inspires no confidence and puts his defenders under even more pressure with st passing. Struggling to see a single positive.

BR needs to go ASAP!

Sean Dyche waiting in the wings?
Heck I was hoping for a really positive East Midlands Premiership season, not what we seem to be facing.
Really hope for an upturn in fortunes for both City and Forest thumbup

That does sound like a fair suggestion.
After the way his Dad move Ranieri on, I am certain he would not have kept Rodgers this long…..will Khun Top have the nerve to get on with what is needed now?

To be fair (ish), we've been nobbled by the FFP rules this season.

The blokes spent 220m + in his time here and none of his signings regularly feature for us, Castagne might be the only one and Rodgers has just publicly said he can’t defend last week!

He’s had the best backing of any LCFC manager, ever.

I was surprised at you guys having the largest wage bill outside of the big 6.
Seems Rodgers is taking the approach of "It's everything but me..."

It's absolutely mad.

Bertrand 70k a week - Hasn't been seen at the training ground for over a year.
Vestegaard 80k a week - Never plays for us, doesn't suit our possession based game at all, too slow.
Soumare 70k a week - Hardly played for us last season, said he wanted out for ages now all of a sudden he's back in the team the past 2 weeks, so weird.
Choudhury 60k a week - Got a new contract after 2 good games, hardly featured for us since and is now loaned out.
Perez 70k a week - We needed a winger and signed him, why?! Decent player but not for the 30m fee nor the 70k a week we pay him. Was used every week and was average, then was frozen out randomly and has hardly featured ever since.

There's a couple of others as well but it's just depressing me even thinking about them.

Obviously some of these figures may be slightly out, as we'll never truly know, but these are the numbers we've worked from.

Amazing that we managed to sack the most likeable man in world football*, yet this toxic prat is still here.
Some of the stuff coming out of his mouth right now is appalling.

*Nigel Pearson, obviously.

Worrying how those sums were sanctioned by the club.
We pay Ruben Neves less than all those biggrin

Yep, the club have to take the blame for a lot of it as well.

Are they his signings? Or are they signed by a technical director/board and pushed upon him? If it's the latter, then he can hardly take the blame for poor signings

Consdering our signings were pretty good prior to Rodgers coming in, it's taken a massive nosedive ever since. He also bought with him Lee Congerton as his head of recruitment from Celtic, who was let go in the summer (because his signings were fking crap).

I don't doubt the technical director and board have some say in the signings, but it says a lot that our signings have got much worse ever since Rodgers and Congerton rocked up. Rodgers would also bleat out in the media that they weren't his signings as a way of deflecting the blame away from himself if that were the case.

Relegation has all but been confirmed: Leicester City Council have given the go-ahead for expansion of the stadium! biggrin Not sure how they’ll pay for it though.

It’s like giving your Manager a new contract: results always take a turn for the worse.

Still here, likely another 3 points thrown away against Villa on Saturday, fantastic. Thankfully I won't be in attendance.

He's not going unless he's sacked and paid off is he.

I hope the arrival of the new set piece coach will have a positive impact, but it's not a silver bullet to fix all of our issues.
