Oxford Drinker

I've just mailed you my scores and wanted to add to the many words of thanks for running the Predictathon. You've done a great job and I know it consumes a lot of time which you have given freely. Hope that someone takes the mantle for 2014/15 and that this thread carries on

He had an argument on NP&E (Argie Bargie thread) which resulted in his ban, nothing to do with these football threads.

Sent you my predictions OD, sorry it's a bit late but I've just finished work. I'd just like to say thanks very much for all the effort you put in and hopefully someone (idea Mickk) will take over from you next year to ensure the "thon" continues.

Another "thon" finishes and once again its a topic/thread which has banter, healthy rivalries and none of the childish fighting we see on the other parts of PH from time to time. Credit to all the players for keeping the spirit and tone high and the fun season lasting

thanks to Oxford drinker for taking on the mantel and i hope someone is generous enough to do the same next season.

beer

and lets see what happens today with nascar in prime position

Message from im :

Well done Jiffle - what an outstanding last day you had! Fantastic! Nipped in right at the death to nick it, wow! clap

Nascarrules: Bad luck fella - you had a really great run though and were still ahead at half-time today. Still, you provided great competition as did JwVw.

Everyone else: Thanks for a really brilliant season of forecasting fun, its been tremendous - I'll miss it.

Oxford Drinker: I've already said it by e-mail but you did a superb job for the 2nd season in a row. I know how much hard work it takes to run this and how many hours it eats up so you have my gratitude fella.

I'll sign off now, good luck chaps byebye

I've not worked out the points, but a few late goals helped me and I thought Fulhams last goal might have done for me, but we'll see when Oxford puts up the table.

Great work from everyone and OD you have virtual beers from all of us.... Can't wait to see the final table
