How you treat the pitch is part of the home advantage, obviously worked for them today.
Pitch has always been a poor excuse, the other team aren't playing on a different oneKlopp was just pissed off and mouthing off rather than looking at his team selection and the players performance

Bit strong mate.
I think Klopp was probably pissed off about the pitch because a dry, hard pitch can increase the risk of injury.
Not really, yes west brom are doomed but why should they lay down and loose. Just dont like the bloke at all.Its not his god given right to beat the small clubs.I think Klopp was probably pissed off about the pitch because a dry, hard pitch can increase the risk of injury.

No Devine right to beat the so called dregs of the premier league, horse field or snooker table regardless,4 points against Liverpool and Man u ain't a bad return considering our dross season, credit where credits due, well done big Dave, keep it up mate.
Bang onI’ve only seen the highlights but have some sympathy for Klopp (although I do think he is a bit erratic). WB were dirty as hell and deserve to go down.
I’ll say the same thing as I did about the Spuds, though: the squads depth just isn’t there for a challenge for the PL. Fine for cups, but you can’t have players like Moreno as 2nd choice. He is the kind of player that opposition fans love - he’s pub team quality.

I think the only thing we've all learned from that game is how good Trent and Robertson are.
& the fact you are very weak at defending set pieces & Dzeko is a far better player than Rondon. With a Euro semi coming up & 4th still in the balance it must be great that the season is still alive for a few clubs.
I did wonder if we'd have set piece issues at the start - when coming out of the tunnel it did seem like they were generally taller than us. But we could have won anyway, as well as losing too.
On reflection, to put a positive spin on it, we had a bad game overall, didnt really create a lot of clear chances, and got away with a point at our bogey club. We could've conceded from any of the corners in the first half.
But at least Ings didn't do a silly dance after going 1-0 up, then lose, eh bcm?
Great pass from Ox for Salah's goal, the weight and angle was perfect. Ox has got a lot more to his game than I ever game him credit for. The scouting team deserve a lot of praise as his signing seemed quite underwhelming at the time.
So, Salah is now the best goal scorer in the premier league since Suarez, the record in a 38 game season is 31 goals and is held by four players:
Alan Shearer (Blackburn Rovers, 1995–96)
Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United, 2007–08)
Luis Suárez (Liverpool, 2013–14)
Mohamed Salah (Liverpool, 2017–18)
Half of the premier league's best ever goal scorers aren't strikers?!

True, but Moreno is currently the weakest player in the squad. I’ve no doubt he’ll be replaced this summer.
I do hope so. Don’t really want to get someone who will push Robertson out of the team though. fiatpower said:
