Anyone actually confident today? I am ![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)
The way we play and take the game to the opposition, puts me at relative ease. I think Roma will be in for a difficult evening and we will turn them over much the same way Barca did in the first leg. If we can keep a clean sheet and keep Dzeko quiet, we will have done well.

I'm more confident than I was before West Brom, but less confident than I was before city.![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)

I think we're better than them and should win at home, but anything can happen and Dzeko will definitely be a handful for us.
A clean sheet is important, but I don't think we'll keep one so we'll need goals, a lot of them!
I think our draw at the weekend, and also what Roma did to Barca will be to our advantage.
We shouldn't be caught off guard.
What would be a good result tonight given Roma overturned a 4-1 deficit vs Barcelona?
I expect Roma to have learned a great deal from their defeat in the first leg at Barca and impose the traditional Italian european away tactics to nullify our attacking threat. Roma will also be very aware of Salah’s strengths and how to play against him.
This will be Klopp’s biggest test yet at Liverpool when you consider the other semi final contains Real Madrid, a team that is 15 points behind Barcelona, Roma hammered Barcelona.
I'm looking forward to another incredible atmosphere!

I think Barca thought they were already in the semi's, (so did everyone else tbf) Roma caught them off guard in the return leg and they never recovered. As I said before, hopefully Klopp will use Barca's loss and our weekends balls up to motivate the team to give 100% in both legs.

So punching another player whilst they lay on the floor is not a red card offence... right!
I just can't believe that he hasn't been banned for this. It is blatant he makes a fist and punches him (albeit not particularly hard) He must have paid the panel a decent amount of his weekly salary! In other news, Roma show a bit of class by laying a wreath Hillsborough memorial

Nice touch from Roma, I think that the majority of the fans will agree and hopefully keep the Neanderthals on a short leash when Roma's coach arrives at Anfield. In other news, Roma show a bit of class by laying a wreath Hillsborough memorial

Agreed. And even the Spuds are behaving like grown ups recently.
Should be a good game.

BT Sport's scene setting for tonight. Some good footage in this, incl a quick interview with ex City player Kolarov, now playing at Roma, and the Roma team visiting the memorial.

On another note good luck tonight, suspect you'll destroy them at Anfield.
