Looks like Delap is coming to Stoke for the season.
He should do well,he looks the part from what I've seen.
Just hope we can get him the service

don't be too disappointed when you realise he can't do a throw in half the length of the field wink

I had to check on Google to make sure there's not a 78 year old Rory Delap still playing

You clearly aren't aware his dad is now a coach at Stoke.
Maybe when he returns in a year it may be in his Arsenal....now that would make Wengers day biggrin

I watched him play "live" against Reading u18's in February 2020 in the Premier League Cup semi final, he was unplayable. Have also watched him via the club's live streams too and he is, without doubt, the best player of his age I've ever seen live. Power, pace, strength, can shoot with both feet and goals, he scores them for fun. Has got four first team goals already in somewhere around 350 minutes, that's a great stat.

I can't say how high he will end up because the lad was only 18 in February and a lot can change in the next 2-3 years but it really wouldn't surprise me if he goes right to the very top. By that, I mean one of the PL top scorers and playing for England too.

100 million for Grealish, really, never heard of him until the euros, the bits I saw he just falls over all the time.
I hear Tom Daly’s joining the coaching staff for Grealish and Sterling!

Probably, who cares about FFP anyway, there are ways around it.

Yesterday was not the best day at the office, think they are saving themselves for next weekend.
Well done Leicester.

Yes, well done Leicester, but I don’t think they were saving themselves for next week as I doubt most of them will be in the starting lineup?

OK it was his first game, but it was like they were deliberately ignoring Grealish. He was running around like a headless chicken with the pass always going the other way.

You could do with going and buying a really expensive striker.

A bad day at the office, no excuses, but I bet we will finish at least ten points above Spurs at the end of the season with or without Kane.

Pep will sort it, KDB and Foden to come back fully yet.

It's going to be tough though, United and Chelsea, even West Ham very impressive.

66% possession, 18 shots, twice as many passes as the opposition, Man City dominated yet lost. Pep needs to make sure the park the bus antifootball minnows don't become your achilles heel again this season by having a plan b.

Who in their right mind, looked at the team last year and thought "you know what this team needs, another attacking midfielder with lots of flair" rather than a decent left back?

£100 would've been better spent on Tierney...

Well, from a certain absence today I'd say that's already work in progress...

But in the meantime dropping a measly £100m on another midfield playmaker isn’t a big deal…..
