Check out the number of red cards in Serie A tonight. It's a blood bath i tell thee.
Also look out for a Smalling goal for Roma.
Napoli manager and assistant manager were also sent off, the president of Napoli went on to say the referees would be peeling potatoes if it wasn't for the clubs. Also look out for a Smalling goal for Roma.

Good result that and what a free kick from Rashford. It's taken him enough attempts at that but finally one has gone in!
Scotty Mac was the best player on the pitch again, what a player he is becoming.
I was a bit unsure at first but now loving the kid. Heart on his sleeve and putting some very good performances as well. Seen a few clips of him barking orders a players throughout the game, so you can tell he isn't frightened of telling off other pro's. Scotty Mac was the best player on the pitch again, what a player he is becoming.
Seems Fred has been given a run of games and benefiting. Listening to the commentary on Talk Sport last night they mentioned that we look to have more a defined shape to the side now, and look much better defensively and everyone working hard to press from the front.

Watch us get Citeh in the draw.
Nah,city don’t get difficult cup draws ..since 2018/19 this is who they have drawnFA Cup: Rotherham, Burnley, Newport, Swansea, Brighton, Watford.
League Cup: Oxford, Fulham, Leicester, Burton Albion, Chelsea, PNE, Southampton and Oxford.
Leicester put out their reserves so the only remotely difficult cup game they had was Chelsea in the final.

Jury is still out on Fred, although he is playing better than he was before, that's not saying much considering how awful he has been, don't see a future for him at the club to be honest.
The new system/shape is definitely an improvement, with 3 centre halves and wing backs it takes the pressure off those in the middle a bit and makes us more solid. Still a long way to go but looks like we are moving in the right direction!

We look difficult to beat but still lack quality in various areas. What is pleasing is there is no way we are the bottom team in terms of effort as we were under jose.Seems Fred has been given a run of games and benefiting. We do fade in matches though ,the high tempo stuff has its impact in the second half as we struggle to retain possession,we desperately need a controlling midfielder who can dictate the pace of the game ,there are very few of those around though.

Nah,city don’t get difficult cup draws ..since 2018/19 this is who they have drawn.Against Chelsea United had just 35% possession, 4 shots of which 2 on target, resulting in two goals. One from a penalty (again!!) and the other one from a once a year free kick. So again no goals from open play.
United lack creativity in midfield.

No one will disagree about the lack of creativity but I think many teams would suffer if they didn't have probably their two most creative players out for long spells with injuries.Against Chelsea United had just 35% possession, 4 shots of which 2 on target, resulting in two goals. But the rest of your post ...
Having played 5 matches against current top 5 teams we have won 3 and drawn 2 ,that would imply we are not a push over, and if you are going to suggest the likes of oxford will be a sterner test for city then please take up netball.

Ooh it’s nice in here.
A good result against the ELRR And three wins away keeps trolls and wind ups at bay.
It’s like old times. The Liverpool thread it’s returning to shame status and the spurs boys have all vanished elsewhere because they’re st again!
Nice to see Rashford emulating Ronaldo in more ways than one. He hit 50 goals last week 4 games before Ronaldo did at United and playing in far inferior teams. What a free kick that was last night certainly Ronaldoesqe. Now he has a long way to go to surpass Ronaldo and likely will not but the transformation in his game in recent weeks is a nice reminder of the fearless kid that burst on the scene a few years back. He can’t lead the line on his own but he’s looked a different player now martial is back. And scored more in the league than mane and Salah! Not good enough apparently. We’ll see but he’s had a good few weeks. If he keeps this up he’ll smash 20 goals this season. In fact I can see James and Martial doing similar.
So another tough away game this weekend at Bournemouth. They’ve got almost an identical record to us so it would be great to get another away win chalked up.
