What a first half.
As mentioned after the Arsenal game, Ten Hag has found a tactical setup that doesn't leave us wide open in the midfield.
From a midfield 6 with 2 roaming 10's time and again not working, to 2 sitting midfielders and a false 9 - completely different set up, and we look so much more coherent. It's like watching a different team. None of those wide open gaping chasms in the middle.
2nd half will be a nail biter, this 45 mins is going to go so slow.....

I'm starting to think Amrabat needs to stay.
For what he’d cost, I’ve never really thought anything else. Even if he’s only an emergency option, he can steady the ship and while he’s not quick, he does seem to have a good engine. Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
