It's still tight at the bottom, so any club that can string a 3 or 4 results together on the bounce could quickly pull themselves up the table. I just don't see us being able to string the results together.
I can also see the Moshiri getting Martinez back in the door if/when Frank goes
He’s a much better manager. We should have stuck with him. I can also see the Moshiri getting Martinez back in the door if/when Frank goes

Lampard is dreadful. I popped in here a few times a while back to have a pop at him and got some pelters. I'll stand by it - he's a st manager. Everton can do much better. I hope you do, and avoid the drop. TBH, you need to ditch him to avoid it.
Agreed. I like the guy, he was a good footballer. Manager? No sorry. Oh st.

Everton have been referred to an independent commission by the Premier League over an alleged breach of financial fair play rules.
The Premier League did not specify in their statement the specifics of the club's rule breach.
However, Everton have posted financial losses in several recent seasons.
The league said the alleged breach is from the 2021-22 campaign, during which the Merseyside club narrowly avoided relegation.

Read a piece in the MOS this morning it’s not looking great on the fair play finance rules, I can see us getting a points reduction, as the league say they can get it done before the end of the season, Burnley and Leeds will love that.
How many points off for this would you reckon? I think we are gone.

How does the club get itself in this position ?
Presumably the finance department has all the numbers and knows the FFP calculations so knows if they are getting close to a breach.
Or did they know but think they would get away with it? Or has something suddenly swung the numbers? Hard to know what that might be though
Especially as we’ve won nothing. Nadda. Nowt. Presumably the finance department has all the numbers and knows the FFP calculations so knows if they are getting close to a breach.

Be different if we had some silverware, but how do we break the rules and remain so crap?
I wonder about all the money the managers have siphoned off the club over the last decade? Does this spend come into FFP?

The club ought to address the DCL question. No1 is he fooked for the rest of the season No2 what is the exact injury and No3 is he imminent. Never known this state of affairs with a player. My view is if he plays he will not much better then useless.
Anything from Dyche/ the club? He was back in training and posted this on the 10th of March:https://twitter.com/CalvertLewin14/status/16342719...
Surely we would have heard if he had broken down with a reoccurrence?
My view is - if he gets fit and if he stays fit, he's the striker we (desperately) need. Big ifs I guess...
