So what do we reckon then chaps! Will Moyes be given the chance to spend all that money in summer or will he be off?
I think there has been a bit of an upturn lately. A couple of weeks ago it looked very bleak for him, but they had a couple of decent results and the players and fans rallied around a bit.

I'm not a Utd fan, but If I were the team owner I would sack him, but then again I wouldn't have hired him in the first place. A team with the history and stature of Utd deserves a proven winner as a manager.

This. Dead Man Walking IMO.

The upturn has been when the pressure's off so no barometer of whether a corner has been turned. If anything the way we capitulated tonight having taken the lead tells a bigger story. His approach is too cautious and we've spent this year trying and failing to defend one goal leads.

Who do you see coming in? Klopp? Simeone? Martinez?

I think the first 2 have been mentioned but I'm not 100% on that. But all 3 would be a huge improvement. It's a shame, but the fact Moyes has never won anything and has such a poor record against the top sides should have been reason enough not to give him the job in the first place.

Barca getting beat is a bad result for you guys tonight if Moyes does get the chop, they will surely be looking for a top class manager too,

Didn't see the game tonight but i have seen the goals, Evra's strike wasn't too shabby was it.

To be fair we only spent 23 seconds defending it. Actually, let me rethink that one, we didn't defend it at all!

Yeah but you could almost see the players thinking "Oh st we're supposed to park the bus now and hope for the best, even though we've never managed to defend a one goal lead. Oh st ...... Oh well, we need to score another ......... Oh st"

The book face Mr Pies sums up Moyes Season.......!

If he had played Buttner , the defending may have been better , with much quicker closing down but Evera scored a wonder goal that backed his decision , as he would seem to be a better attacking full back........mmmmmmmm not much bloody good scoring one and creating two for the opposition.

My biggest east gripe is playing Rooney with an injury , well off the pace where Chico would of been made for the counter attack.

If the remaining league games result in further defeats and poor displays the Godfathers in the U.S. Must step in.

DM did have that 'what do I do ?' look on his face when BM went ahead.
SAF usually looked angry if his team went behind.

Moyes will still be in the job next season. At least I hope he will.

I think Moyes will still be in place next season as well, I think he will be backed heavily in the summer, we also have some academy kids coming through and some loanees who should be about ready to make the step up (Lingard/Powell)

I also think he may have some new coaches foisted upon him to a degree to ensure things are running well behind the scenes

He'll get until Christmas as others have said and see where we are

WHat about Zaha - will he be sold or go on another loan - maybe even back to Palace after Cardiff are taken down by Utd's next manager ...

I had completely forgotten about him tbf, I don't think he will be back next season, whether that means he goes on loan or we cut our losses I don't know

I hope Ole stays with Cardiff if/when they go down and brings them back up
