Happy with 51.
Just spent an hour planning my free hit this week. Will have to press the button first thing on Friday morning to avoid any injuries from the North London clubs.
41 here, incredibly only 2 points below the average of 43, can't remember it being that low for quite a while.Just spent an hour planning my free hit this week. Will have to press the button first thing on Friday morning to avoid any injuries from the North London clubs.
Like you, Hypno, will be waiting for news from Spurs and Arsenal before deciding. Only have seven players definitely playing + Son and Traore so looking to bring in Dunk & Lacazette for Bednarek and Richarlison. May then have 9, 10 or 11 playing.
Nobody in my work league of 16 got over 74 and the majority were between 40 - 55. I think it was a pretty much a quiet week all round.
I have done 4 pages of lists with teams, fixtures, prices and form for this week. I'm only keeping Dallas, Creswell & Antonio.
Its a good job I am not working today or have, you know, a life.

.
I'm guessing alot will have had KDB and Gundogan as captain and vice captain which will have hit their points. I had this but lucked out by having Dunk on the bench with 10 points to come in. Ended up with 68 points overall. Only 7 players in my team for next week though..
I've got 9 players eligible to play, however 1 is Davis from Villa(who pretty much never plays) and I have Bamford/Son as doubts. So potentially only have 6 available. Usually I'd be a bit worried, but I don't want to rip my team apart for such a small gameweek though.
Another red arrow incoming then!

Unless someone random like Moura goes crazy the spread will surely be narrow this GWAnother red arrow incoming then!
my team was WC few weeks back with bench boost 30 in mind, may not bother now
Martinez (Pickford)
Dallas Stones Dias Coufal Konsa
Son KdB Soucek Bruno Rafinha
Kane Bamford Watkins
tbh bit of a wasted WC as only switched about 5 players but wanted KDB and the transfers were all interlinked

So how did everyone finish their teams before the deadline then?
I've made three transfers, costing myself eight points but I might have 10/11 playing....
Martinez
Dunk Cresswell Aina Reguilon
Traore Raphinha Lingard
Kane Antonio Watkins
Subs - Mendy, Gundogan, Cancelo, de Bruyne

transfers in bold from Son and Dias
As mentioned I went free hit;
Areola
Dallas, Creswell, Andersen.
Bale, Aubameyang, Lingard, Moura
Antonio, Lacazette, Kane.
Bench: Meslier, Raphinha, Aina, Lascelles.
Antonio, Creswell and Dallas I already had. Not sure about buying so many Spurs when I spent all morning listening to Jose slagging off his players. Be interesting to see who gets picked and who actually gives it a go against Villa.

I don't think my strategy is very wise...
Martinez
Reguilon, Dawson, Dallas, Targett
Bale, Aubameyang, Raphinha (C)
Bamford, Antonio, Watkins
That looks like a very wise move indeed! Martinez
Reguilon, Dawson, Dallas, Targett
Bale, Aubameyang, Raphinha (C)
Bamford, Antonio, Watkins
Thanks to Andersen I picked up a very healthy 10 to start but with the possibility of Aubameyang/Bale/Kane/Moura all possibly sitting on the naughty step, having Raphinha first on the bench could be a good move for me too.

Tough one with so few teams and most of the teams who are playing aren’t exactly on form!
yeah, for me not an ideal week to FH with a low ceiling and very samey looking teams but if you can pull off a differential like chap above with Andersen fair play
The differential could be a game changer this week.
9 points so far (Raphinha 8, Aina 1) but sitting nearly 4 million in this gameweek, obviously lots of people piled on Bamford. Hopefully a better day today but only have Dunk playing so will inevitably head downwards again before tomorrow's matches.

62 all out for me
Soucek OG was unfortunate and Martinez error unforgivable, but nevertheless green arrow and up to 60k OR
Don't think your overall position will have updated yet, Hog. When I go to my gameweek history, it shows me as having 15 points where I actually had 53.Soucek OG was unfortunate and Martinez error unforgivable, but nevertheless green arrow and up to 60k OR
Think your points are all totalled up but your league table/overall positions won't be right, it updates later on.
