The Official Tottenham Hotspud thread [Vol 12]

Puts our 1-1 draw at Barcelona in to perspective. Glad we only had to cope with Messi for 30 mins in that game. I could watch that free kick all day. Sensational.
But for some poor finishing Liverpool could have had at least three goals themselves. Big hill for them to climb now. They'll score at Anfield but will they be able to shut Barcelona out? Looking like a Barca - Ajax final then unless we can get our act together quickly.

Rather strangely, having invaded this thread when Ajax scored last night, the Scousers are strangely absent tonight.
I just replied above, feel free to come on our thread and take the piss but we played a hell of a lot better than you lot did, unfortunately Messi70proof said:

Tottenham Hotspur have complained to Uefa after the competition organisers gave tickets in the home end to hundreds of Ajax fans for Tuesday’s Champions League semi-final first leg, which led to outbreaks of crowd trouble during the away side’s 1-0 victory.
Uefa distributed home tickets in the East Stand of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium through one of its sponsors, Heineken, with several hundred of them ending up in the hands of Ajax supporters. Heineken is a Dutch brewing company with its headquarters in Amsterdam.
I didn't see any bother where I was (east upper level with the penalty spot) but I gather there was towards the half way line.Uefa distributed home tickets in the East Stand of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium through one of its sponsors, Heineken, with several hundred of them ending up in the hands of Ajax supporters. Mind you have to chuckle at them referring to the east stand as the home end.
