thought we'd get past leeds, but not as easily as it turned out. they tried to play and press, but don't seem to have the personnel to do that at the top level yet.

good that a few got a good rest. going to need it for wednesday.

It's hard to see Liverpool or Man City slipping up. Both are leagues ahead of the rest of the league.

Nobody wants to admit it, because its Man City but this could be another classic 90 minutes of football.

Popcorn at the ready.

My body is ready for this footballing feast.

The play acting and gamesmanship by Real Madrid is sadly exactly what is to be expected. Makes them detestable to watch. Makes me hope City win...

Walker doesn't look ready to be playing. He's going to get caught out or make a mistake.

What a game! Absolutely brilliant, City have been the better team for sure, as they say on Soccer AM, football is the winner.

Stonewall penalty. Do Man City have it in them to comeback?

The goals changed the tide of the game.

De Bruyne, Mahrez both taken off earlier. Pep shut up shop to lock in the win at 1-0.

Doesn't help that Walker went off injured too. It's going to be difficult.

The football gods don't seem to allow PSG and City to win the CL.
