I’ll be quite content if Mario comes back - there’s definitely a player in there and I’d rather have him than not I think. If we don’t have to shell out £20m for him and just pay a reasonable loan fee plus wages, I’d be happy with that.
Last I read they wanted £35m for him; he's OK but lightweight. Think the money could be better spent elsewhere. TCEvo said:

Seemed to form a good understanding with those around him towards the end of the season and I’d be happy to see him back in a WH shirt next season.
A bit lightweight as others have pointed out but he’s got a touch of class about him IMO. After all, Lanzini does ok as another lightweight.
Not worth £35m though, not by any stretch of the imagination (Mario, not Lanzini]

Apologies for a Facebook video link, but it seems like Essex could have been responsible for ruining Repka

Does anyone actually take this stuff seriously?

Repka was one of the most committed players we’ve had. He became a bit of a legend for us, we loved him.https://www.facebook.com/talkSPORT/posts/101566210...

In answer to your question, hopefully no.
Heard Stuart Pearce on TalkSport this morning saying that in his 7 months at the club, he never once saw Sullivan or Brady - either at the training ground or at the OS. Said that Gold would often come along but never the other two.
Ally McCoist questioned him on it and he repeated what he had just said - that in seven months he never said two thirds of the main people behind the running of the club.
Ridiculous

I heard that as well. Some people have commented that Pearce wasn't the manager but despite that i would assume he would meet 'the bosses' maybe once a month? West Ham will be much better if they could get rid of them imoAlly McCoist questioned him on it and he repeated what he had just said - that in seven months he never said two thirds of the main people behind the running of the club.

Rather depends though - do other clubs owners/admin staff regularly attend training etc. On a match-day do they go to the dressing room etc.; does the assistant have any need for direct contact with them etc. Ally McCoist questioned him on it and he repeated what he had just said - that in seven months he never said two thirds of the main people behind the running of the club.

Gold's generally been the one that's in the limelight during their tenure so no surprise that he's more hands-on.
Not defending them - my views towards owners made clear many times - however it's one side from a bloke who's back doing punditry (who I respect as a player).
I found the following on the BBC football pages. Any thoughts:-
West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini will make Fulham full-back Ryan Fredericks, 25, his first signing next week, after agreeing a four-year contract for the Englishman. (London Evening Standard)
The Hammers are also in talks to sign 28-year-old Paris St-Germain and Argentina midfielder Javier Pastore in a potential £17m deal. (Sky Sports)
