I mentioned back in the summer that I thought he was going to be as important a signing for you as Haaland. Maybe that's a bit of an understatement, but I did think he'd be a cracking player for you.

He did indeed and he had a short spell at City before that alcoholic idiot Kendall was appointed and broke up a decent, largely young City team to give pensions/contracts to over the hill dross from his Everton days. The alcoholic idiot set us back a good few years with his bizarre transfers.
