Looks like it went well for him in court.

Joey Barton calling Jeremy Vine a ‘bike nonce’ was defamatory, judge rules

Have to say this does seem a slightly optimistic take on things hehe

I can't even put into words how sad an individual he is, spending his days spewing hatred online and arguing in court about calling someone a "bike nonce". Seriously pathetic stuff.

I must have replied or quoted him as it continues to litter my Twitter timeline. His bile is hard to stomach to be honest, everything is wrapped up in a hateful manner.

Horrible horrible little man

He's been up to several tricks again recently:

Commented on a game involving a 17 year old GK and asked "how is this nonsense on TV".

Then called a disabled guy "Ironside"

He also referred to tweeted to the rangers ladies defender who was playing in the game that she was playing lesbo-ball. The irony lost on him that she has won more medals for rangers than he ever could.

Outwith the Scottish no one really pays attention to the Scottish game but I can’t express enough how much of a bottle merchant and failure he was up here.
QPR season ticket holder here. He was loathed by us. He got subbed off on a home game against Liverpool and we all booed him off, he was that ste. And gobby with it. Three late goals led to a remarkable win and I piled off down to the local QPR pub where the landlord replayed the whole game. We watched it all again, did all the same chants and booed the off for a second time.

Utter utter . And a st footballer.

He seems to think the best way to have a career after football is to promote himself has this free thinker who is just asking questions

Has allied himself to COVID conspiracys, retweeting Candace Owens and allowing women in football is too woke

“Between 8 and 12 January 2024 I published 11 posts which accused Jeremy Vine of having a
sexual interest in children, and created a hashtag which made the same allegations, which were viewed millions of times. I recognise that this is a very serious allegation. It is untrue. I do not believe that Mr Vine has a sexual interest in children, and I wish to set the record straight. I also published posts during the same period in which I referred to Mr Vine having advocated forced vaccination during the Covid 19 pandemic, based upon a video clip of his TV programme. I accept that he did not advocate this policy and that the video clip has been edited to give a misleading impression of what he was in fact saying. I then taunted and abused Mr Vine for bringing a legal complaint against me. I have agreed not to make the same allegations again about Mr Vine and I apologise to him for the distress he has suffered. To resolve his claims against me in defamation and harassment, I have agreed to pay Mr Vine £75,000 in damages and his legal costs.”

Oh No! Anyway....

Jeremy vine should create a fake bike brand called Nonce. With the tag line reassuringly expensive.

Prices starting at £75,000#

 1. pedals not included.

He should probably apply that philosophy to all his social media posts going forward.

£75K. Sad that Vine settled for such a small sum. I was kind of hoping Vine would take Barton's house off him.
