On paper he reads like another tricksy number 10 type with an eye for goal. Similar to Lallana, Coutinho & Firmino.

In summary - if Klopp wants him who gives a fk about a few million quid?

My point earlier was that we should give him what he wants.

So 30 to 38 was a "few million".
30 to whatever it is now, isnt.

Back him, and if he doesn't deliver then there is no equivocation.

Look back at his interviews after he joined us and he repeatedly says you don't have to spent vast amounts of money on players. In terms of transfers, I think Klopp is more Wenger than Guardiola or LvG.

With the window quiet let's just hope Klopp is holding out for a couple of blockbusting quality signings.

I truly believe that 2 quality players players transform fortunes.

But it's become impossible to rely on DS to the extent that it he needs to be seen as a bonus rather than a reliable member of the squad.

The results against Chelsea, City and Southampton seem a long way away but if we can't have some faith in Klopp to make sure fist of it - who can we pin our hopes on?
