What do you mean by that?
If he is a player that Klopp has identified as one that he wants then move heaven and earth to get him and back the manager. If he is just another player that has the right statistics and is identified by the committee then I can live without him.
On paper he reads like another tricksy number 10 type with an eye for goal. Similar to Lallana, Coutinho & Firmino.

Right now £35m would be much better spent on a CB of which £35m gets someone world class.

30 to whatever it is now, isnt.
Back him, and if he doesn't deliver then there is no equivocation.

Look back at his interviews after he joined us and he repeatedly says you don't have to spent vast amounts of money on players. In terms of transfers, I think Klopp is more Wenger than Guardiola or LvG.

Surridge, ings, Coutinho all back would make a hell of a difference
I agree. But it's become impossible to rely on DS to the extent that it he needs to be seen as a bonus rather than a reliable member of the squad.
The results against Chelsea, City and Southampton seem a long way away but if we can't have some faith in Klopp to make sure fist of it - who can we pin our hopes on?
